Musandam is a great place for natural beauty and this resort sits at the top overlooking the beautiful mountains and the expansive sea. It is the best option so they don't have any competition there. The resort is nice. However, in case you plan to visit them during a busy holiday you will be disappointed with their service. The service is not the best. Extremely slow.

The receptionist was very friendly and professional (she was a lady) very accommodating and she has started our short holiday by allocating us in such a nice room, each one in this hotel was very respectful, It will be recommended for everyone, One complaint was the electricity was down for such a long with no A/C

We wasn’t able to reach hotel because our car is not allowed to leave UAE (it is in a loan). For this new rule we wasn’t informed. And in the border to reach the hotel the only option is to take a private shuttle. Considering the following problems: private driver, probably not authorized; incompetent price 100$ one way; about 1 hour to wait to pickup. So, I didn’t risk my family by going there. I requested to refund the booking price, but this request was refused by trip.com It seems that they’re not client focused. I made my conclusions: Do not go to Musandam for vacation, Do not use trip.com for making bookings Do not pay in advance for the booking

Hotel did not meet our expectations for 4 star hotel. Room was so wet that in the morning all dresses was wet too. It was very uncomfortable stay, will never book it again.

It was a great time for the whole family. Everything was great and we enjoyed the stay as a whole. The food could be improved though

The room is big, but there is a peculiar smell. The corridor outside is all made of wood, and it makes a thumping sound when people walk outside early in the morning. However, the environment is still good, and the buffet dinner is also good.

I forgot to take pictures of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. There was also a small yard. The weather was very good now, not too hot and there was a breeze. Behind the house was a small canal that led directly to the Arabian Sea. Opposite the hotel was a large Lulu supermarket. The hotel's own restaurant was also very delicious. The swimming pool was not big but very beautiful. You could see the mountains and canals outside by the pool. Unfortunately, I had a wound on my leg and couldn't go in the water this time. I must come back next time.

The hotel has local characteristics, and the waiters are very thoughtful and enthusiastic. There is a supermarket next to it. Because on the peninsula, it is understandable that the food in the restaurant is not so rich.

The room in the hotel near Dolphin Bay is considered good and the facilities are okay. However, it may have been raining heavily when we went there. There was leakage in the corridor and the waiting time for check-in was very long. If you book through Ctrip, you must book in advance. If you are bringing children, make a reservation in advance. Please make sure you have time as the air-conditioning in the lobby is very cold, so try to bring a coat to prevent colds.

Due to my personal reasons, I couldn't check in to the hotel. I flew to Muscat and planned to drive to the hotel by myself. But when I drove halfway, I found out that the country of Oman was divided into two halves by the United Arab Emirates, and the Khasab area where the hotel is located is in the other half. If you want to drive from Muscat to Khasab, you must first exit and re-enter the UAE, then exit and re-enter Oman. I found out that the problem was serious when I left the Oman border at the first customs, so before entering the UAE, I went to the UAE border to explain the situation, then drove the car back to the Oman border and explained the situation with the Oman border, and finally the border was in my country. The overall environment is good, but the fly in the oin**ent is that there is mold on the air outlet of the room's air conditioner. Also, the 100 per person buffet dinner is not worth it, there are few choices and the dishes are ordinary. But the buffet breakfast is okay, it is enough for breakfast.
