When booking a room, you should request a room where there are no guests in the adjacent room. Non-existent soundproofing of the rooms. Contrary to expectations in the bitter cold, the room was comfortably warm throughout. As a tip for eager TV viewers, bring your own tablet, etc. An old-fashioned basic TV in the room. The room was cleaned well, clean. The bar cabinet is not in use, but a normal refrigerator is in use for your own drinks/food. Good price/quality ratio. Breakfast good. There was no hotel restaurant menu in the room. I found it on the website and in the respa, though.

The hotel is in a good location and it is easy to get there. The service is good and the breakfast is ok. The rooms are clean, but their equipment is rather weak and old-fashioned. The age of the building is already starting to show. There is quite a bit of parking space. The hotel has a restaurant and a terrace. The rooms do not have air conditioning, so they are really hot in the summer heat.

The hotel room is flooded, the floor is badly scratched and the bed is covered only with a sheet. The shower worked well, also a small fridge in the room. The food in the hotel's restaurant is excellent, both pizzas and others. A brisk atmosphere in Sutkin's krouvu. The room price is high compared to the level, which can be explained by the fact that there are hardly any other places to stay in the center of Kitee.
