Наверное это самый комфортабельный отель из всех в которых я когда-либо останавливался. Забронировал номер по телефону, без каких либо предоплат. Персонал обходительный и внимательный, но в тоже время не навязчивый. С порога отеля уже предлагают помощ в подъёме вещей (сумки). Всё в отеле выглядит дорого, везде чисто. В коридорах куллеры с водой и места для отдыха (кресла, диванчики). В лифтах система безопасности (проезд только по карте гостя отеля). В номере есть все необходимое: мини- бар, холодильник, чайник и чайные принадлежности, вода, полотенца, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности включая зубной набор, сейф, утюг с доской для утюга, даже фонарик зачем-то есть (который работает!). Вечером горничная обходит номера и уточняет, не нужно ли что - нибудь пополнить (воду или иные принадлежности). Телевизор с кабельным телевидением (каналов 200 примерно) и уже загруженными медиафайлами (фильмы, сериалы и т.п.) Прошу прощения за такое описание, но у них даже туалетная бумага с пломбой отеля. Шведский стол тоже на высоте. Можно заказать ранний завтрак, который накроют в ресторане или принесут в номер (на фото есть завтрак в номер). На - 1 этаже для гостей отеля бесплатно зона спа (бассейн (не спортивный, а тот в который после бани можно окунуться), сауна и хамам, рядом с которыми лежаки и кресла, а также вода и чайные принадлежности).Также есть солевая комната (там включают какой-то раствор которым в течении получаса сидя в кресле рекомендуется подышать). В спа гостям отеля дают бесплатно полотенце, простынь и новые сланцы. Тамже на - 1 этаже расположен маленький спортзал (примерно 30 кв.м) с беговыми дорожкам (2шт), тренажёрами, штангами, гантелями. В здании отеля (при входе) 2 ресторана (один относится к отелю, второй нет). Отель находится на набережной в центре города. Есть номера с видом на набережную, но они дороже. Я проживал в номере с видом не на набережную (фото прилагаю). Отель классный, в нем все продумано до мелочей. Комфорт в мелочах! Ох, никогда столько не писал про отели!

At work we arrived with a colleague in Kemerovo and accommodated at the Times Hotel.We first stayed in a not big hotel. I liked everything! From the nice girls - administrators of Kseniya and Darya, who were very attentive to all our requests and questions and to the kitchen staff! Breakfasts were very delicious and there was an opportunity to try the proposed kitchen. All staff of the Time Hotel is a great Thank you! We will definitely recommend this hotel and visit it whenever possible!

They booked 2 rooms from the organization for a day and 2 days later for a day (drove through Kemerovo). On the way there stayed in the hotel 26.02, more and less normal. They drove 27.02 and literally the next day (28.02) call from the hotel and say that you need to make a prepayment for the next accommodation (booking on 01.03). Without payment, they will not be settled. Once again, I will explain the situation: booked in advance, the payment was not requested (we would have paid in advance). When they left the hotel 27.02 they also did not ask to pay (which on the spot too could be done without any difficulties). Probably someone wanted to release a room or room. Since there were competitions in the city to find the hotel quickly, there were no places. We had to go to them for the matter and pay for the rooms in advance. Further, it is also interesting, the account was put at 2 hours, as we budget organization and pay through the bank instantly impossible (and they needed it, or the next day will not settle), we began to try to pay as a private person through the sberbank on-line, Of course no QR codes (the account was issued), payment on requisites, to specify the number of the reservation and a bunch of other difficulties. Okay. Further interesting - the commission. I don't know why. Or another region or what the matter. Somehow they paid, they left our reservation. On arrival at the hotel, they are not in the room that was ordered (not the studio, but the standard), saying that they have different studios (for the first time the studio was like the studio, by the way). The second room at all looked for minutes thirty (repeat, paid booking was!!!). It was impossible to sleep in the hotel, the walls are cardboard, probably. Here, of course, the full loading (it is not their fault), but the walls.. The only plus is early breakfast and good food. The hotel we have put in the ”black list,” for the first time we have faced such attitude and such organization of the accommodation process.

A great hotel compared to other this price segment, new repairs, spacious rooms. Good, responsive staff. However, there is no desktop, no chair, no mini-fridge in the room, which makes staying in the room a little uncomfortable. Otherwise - all super, recommend 🙂

Hotel is medium. Rooms are clean (I had a one-bed standard room). Rooms have a teapot, refrigerator, water, TV. Interior and furniture are old. Breakfast Swedish table is not bad. Generally for a night.
