What can I say, from start to finish our holiday was fantastic. We were travelling as a family, 6 children and 4 adults. When we first arrived, check in was quick and we were given a free room upgrade. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool areas and rooms are spotless and cleaned to a high standard. Service is amazing, cool pool parties, delicious food, beach access. Very comfortable for all family. The reception team upgraded the room 🤩 We are very happy. Because it is a wonderful place, a special stay. I spent one week. The staff is helpful and the room service is excellen We found the location to be perfect. We wanted a beach and not just the city. We have stayed in and would definitely recommend, great for families! Thank you for an amazing time!

And again... Such a PERFECT days in Queens Park Le Jardin! For the second time we had a wonderful time, all the family (me, my sister, her husband, and my niece)! Wonderful food, wonderful environment, swimming pools and gardens, wonderful sea! Totally helpful staff! Wonderful cats! And Amazing animation team! We are so grateful to Elena - Queen of mini club!! You are total PRO! Thank you so much for the children's embassy of peace, kindness and happiness! We were SOOOOO HAPPY to see you again this year! And we are so thankful to all animation team! Wonderful Lisa, Magy, Andy, Shaima, and of course, the director Mr Messy! Somehow he managed to be everywhere at the same time, really GREAT JOB! Would love to turn back next year! We visited the hotel 26.09-10.10 this year. We are customers of this hotel for the fourth time and we are completely satisfied. The territory is quite enough to feel private and, of course, green. This hotel stands out from the rest because it takes care of cats. There is their home and fully cared for. About the food, you can say that it is good and varied, but during the 14 days you will inevitably repeat yourself and want something else. When it comes to the staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Of course, it also depends on the visitor. It is said that the customer is the king, but it is forgotten that then you also have to act like a king. We especially want to praise the lobby bartender, whose name was Mehmet. You won't find such a polite, helpful and good communicator anywhere. As an additional service, the hotel offers SPA massage body care. There are only praises for it. The service is professional and reasonably priced. Special thanks to SPA manager Cengiz, who finds a solution for everyone who wants it. Cengiz is very knowledgeable, a good communicator and a very good partner for the hotel. The only shortcoming is the lack of English language skills, but it will probably be improved. We praise and recommend!

I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised with my experience at Queen's Park Le Jardin. I tend to stay away from all inclusive resorts but this one is very well managed. They take excellent care of their guests and offer a variety of activities that should please almost every preference. I loved that they had ample activities for children that were a little away from the adults. Not hating on families, that is just not how I want to spend my vacation with loads of children running around. Lots of nice touches like a gourmet coffee bar and 24 hour bar, I also loved that it was right on the water so you had a choice between pool or sea. The staff were amazing, very helpful and kind. The owners are also present with guests hugging and bringing gifts which lets me know they treat their guests like family and have multiple repeat customers. I would recommend to anyone looking for ease, beauty and entertainment.

Wonderful hotel/resort with an all inclusive daily price, perfect for a small group of family or friends. Various restaurants, bars, cafes etc with at least one of each open 24 hrs. All food, drinks (including alcohol), attractions, pools, beach front, activities are included in the very reasonable daily price. Spa, including Turkish bath (not to be missed ), massage, steam room, mud mask, etc are sold as separate packages but also at a low price point relative cost in the US. Also I suggest booking a boat ride on the Mediterranean for pics, swimming and lunch. The staff and owner are very friendly and customer service oriented. Highly recommended!!

WOW, first time stay but certainly won't be the last. Amazing time at this beautiful resort, friendly staff and delicious food. We were pampered at every interaction - true hospitality. Staff had a genuine desire to provide their best service, not robotic but sincere. Kudos to the management and ownership to create this harmony. Also cats were great ambassadors for the resort - they were well taken care off with multiple feedings everyday. How lucky for them!
