Response from Property: Dear Guest! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience from the DoubleTree by Hilton Kazan City Center. We are always ready to fix any problems at guest’s room. During your stay, you did not contact the hotel staff about the quality of cleaning. Please specify in more details what exactly in the room seemed not clean enough to you, so that we can double check with our colleagues. Our hotel is completely non-smoking. Let me note that in addition to the fact that signs of smoking were found by our colleagues in your room, guests from other rooms also complained about the smell of tobacco on the floor. You did not pay the additional bill for smoking in the room. The price list for laundry services is presented in each room, moreover, when you hand over your clothes, you sign a form indicating the prices for each item. You have handed over a lot of things to the laundry and all the necessary documents and calculations were provided to you during the payment. The hotel staff offered you a complimentary late check out for  a few hours on the day of departure. You wished to extend the room for 1 more night by yourself. The hotel issues bills exclusively for the services that the guest uses and in no case deceives guests.
