Great City & View with the best service hotel in downtown KC

Everything was simply divine. We didn’t get to check out the roof top since it was a windy day but everyone was pleasant, good food, good drinks and clean!!

The check in was very good, an agent with a spontaneous smile assigned us a very quiet room with a beautiful view. The super clean room, with everything you need, excellent bed, towels, amenities, we didn't have to request anything.  Delicious dinner, reasonable price, convenient parking in the building, very good service.

First experience at Loews, very impressed. Great vibe, amazing staff (particularly Sherian at The Stillwell—such an amazing server who truly cares!) great room, in a great location. Beyond impressed, will be back again and again and again—if you are a hotel snob, this is the right place to stay!

We were in town for a football game. My son stayed here for one night while we stayed some place else. We ate in the restaurant (The Stilwell) for dinner.   Excellent food and service. Friendly staff.  Clean.
