good location, no kettle in a room , no refrigerator, just sleep okay, free transport in city .. just go chamonix for a day trip

The hotel is pretty good. It's connected to a shopping mall, so you can walk over to buy things without leaving the hotel. There's a Coop supermarket and restaurants. The hotel breakfast is just okay; no salad greens, but they do make fresh corn pancakes, two at a time with one press of a button. Geneva is quite small, so if you book a hotel, I recommend emailing them in advance to request a free public transport pass. That way, when you arrive at the train station, you can take a tram and a bus directly to the hotel (the stop is right in front of the hotel), saving you some money! There's also a direct bus to the airport from right outside the hotel. This free transport pass is provided by the Geneva government and can be used on buses, trams, and Geneva Lake cruises, but not on trains!

It is an overpriced business hotel bed and shower, It's a bit far from Geneva city's center. The breakfast was included on the room fee (I selected it for convenience). Self-service buffet with a selection of breads, cheese, etc. Pretty business hotel basic. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up, and that is why I chose this hotel. This hotel also has shower box without a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these "chain/brand" hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality. I was in a hurry and a business schedule to abide by, but if I had time, I would go for small family-owned petit hotels and far from the lake, where I could get exceptional value for money.

Great location, easily accessible via bus from Geneva airport. Hotel is linked to a mall with many options for food from restaurants to McDonald's to food court. Clean and nice room.

The hotel was spacious and at a very accessible location with bus/tram stop and train station nearby. There was also a shopping centre right next to the hotel which is very convenient for buying necessities and meals if you choose not to eat at the hotel or travel too far for food

Excellent location for the Geneva stadium with a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, supermarket and cinema/bowling alley. Great transport links to airport directly by bus within 35-40 min and into the centre. Staff- friendly and efficient. Toiletries provided but no lotion available. Rooms clean and large enough. Beds and pillows comfortable. Universal plug sockets and usb charging available in the room.

Chain hotels always guarantee a certain standard, it's just that parking spaces are a bit limited.

Conveniently located next to a shopping mall and a stadium, with good transportation links. Not bad at all!

Booked another day. Bus route 23 goes directly to the airport.
