AC Hotel Kansas City Plaza

Booked this for the proximity to Uptown Theater. Its about a 4 minute drive. Theres a fitness center and a breakfast. No one checked to see if we had booked a breakfast or not. Good quality food in my opinion! Room was clean and had towel animals! The property has a very modern look and feel, but lots of obvious wear and tear. Didn't affect anything except aesthetics although it begs the question: if the property can't afford upkeep, what else is it cutting corners on? Overall I would stay here again.

very kind and helpful staff! very clean, the usual breakfast place was down but they had explained that and provided a nice breakfast at the bar. a man filled my coffee for me! love the personality of the staff as well. parking felt safe just a little confusing at first. would stay again

The staff was terrific! Very accommodating and happy. The room, bed, accessible features, were all good. Did not do the breakfast. Our only complaint was the directions on Google. There is so much street construction & the directions took us to a parking lot about 2 blocks away. We kept driving around & finally saw AC, & weaved our way there, frustrated & questioning our decision to stay there. However, once we mastered the gate & entered, it was smooth sailing until checkout! Would stay again.
