Hairdryer missing, mineral water 1 ltr for the whole day, cleaning was not good, smell coming in room.

The linen in the rooms are dirty. The bathrooms are also not properly cleaned. The staff is rude. We had taken 3 rooms and all were in the same condition.

Location very near to svdk railway station. You can get the rfid card in front of hotel only very conveniently. Nice and clean rooms. But water flow from taps in bathroom is too slow. Have to wait for long to get hot water. Complementary drop at banganga check post

We checked in late evening and were escorted to room. We carried our luggage and everything from car as there was no one to assist. Room was bad with no tv working, ac not working, basic amenities like tea, towels etc missing and bathroom was not clean so we had to request housekeeping to redo it. Till checkout none of the issue were fixed and somehow managed as most of the time we were outside hotel

Stayed for one night at the hotel. Location is just opposite the railway station, good if you want to catch early morning train. But far off from the main market. We stayed in family room. Rooms are clean with spacious.
