Hotels near Shree Bhuwaneshwori Temple in Kathmandu

The breakfast is very rich, the boss is very nice, parking is difficult, the room is clean, and the boss will upgrade the room for free when there are few tourists. 5 minutes walk to the Big Buddha attraction. At night, the side of the street close to the barking of dogs one after another, friends who have poor sleep should wear soundproof headphones or earplugs, haha.

It is 8 minutes from Kathmandu Airport. It is located in a hotel dense area(?). The facilities are clean and friendly. I stayed comfortably for one night.

It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the airport. The room condition was good and the staff was friendly! The bathroom was clean, and there was a store a 3-minute walk away.

It was messianic and dirty room

The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, there are Chinese-speaking staff, you can help to book a taxi, etc., the service attitude is very good 👍

Great Location as the hotel is just a few mins walk outside the airport , especially after a late night flight. No need to go through all the hassle of waiting for taxis. Rooms were excellent, very clean, spacious and great amenities, you can also access youtube and other channels through the hotel TV. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, they provided a great variety of dishes. Everything was great, but the price was a bit too high considering and comparing other hotels in Nepal. The room i booked cost a total of around 110usd per night and i think i can book a 5 star hotel with way better facilities and services with the same amount of money. Other than that, the hotel was great, the biggest plus is the location. Will definitely book again but a cheaper room.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is the best hotel near the Manyuan Pagoda. I booked a room that can see the tower. The view is beautiful. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Manyuan Pagoda and you can see the sunrise🌅

Friendly staff, worth of price. Breakfast was average but no complain as they charge really good price for the room.

We had a wonderful Stay once again thats twice in 10 months at Shanker Hotel, Kathmandu, we stayed in Nepal for 15 nights, Thank you very much to Mr Deepu Budhathoki for organising our stay, gracious hospitality and for hosting our trip for my marriage and previously my engagement last april may 2022.I MUST say, that the hospitality customer service from Mr Deepu along with the whole team from the porters all the way up to seniors was exceptional and second to None !!! without doubt!!!...Again to repeat and paraphrase, every member of staff were extremely efficient and tolerant and always respectful. They are an asset to the hotel, and I am Sure Mr Vinod and His son Mr Prajwol are very proud, who are the owners of this great establishment , who I met with several times in the lobby pool. side and during breakfast. In addiiton to this to this, credit to Housekeeping, Reception staff, night staff Mr Phabin Pun and Mr Sunit Shrstha and all security team. Finally the Business centre is great, as I had to work when I was there, plus they have great IT support namely Mr Milan,Travel team and Health Suite/Salon Further to this we were very Overwhelmed that Mr. Prajwol and his wife, gifted us a complimentary bottle of Champagne on my wedding day Subsequent to this, Housekeeping Manager,Mr Sajan Shrstha,decorated my room. thanks and regards to all, We felt we were at home from home,our stay was memorable and special, and the food was great Finally I deffinately recommend Hotel Shanker to any potential potential guests, kind regards, Ajay

It was a great stay.. Specially Suman and Prem were so helpful.. hospitality was just mind-blowing..We reached on Dusshera when almost all the restaurants were closed and infact the chef was not present in the property Suman n his other partner prepared the food for us which was a very nice gesture I found in this property..Prem had guide us for our tours timings..staffs are so nice and the rooms were neat n well maintained..
