This hotel is another, options from the hotel in KIIC area. The road access in some area isn’t smooth yet. They have a promotion for free dinner and laundry with special price. But i think for the dinner menu is limited only from the common menu when u visit to the restaurant itself. For water heater isn’t fastly comes when the valve change into the hot water. Really dissatisfied for the last day of stay, the water is almost dark in brown color in the early morning. TV unit is really small, need more closer to watch it. Some channels isn’t available continue during my stay.

Everything is very ok.. cm is a bit far kemana2..cm if you make a bedrest bnr2, it's very suitable ... the place is good.. the mattress is great ... TOP.

This is the first time i've come personally to stay in this hotel. I tried to stay here before in 2018 but i decided to give this hotel another shot since i think that the hotel is very good. First of all, id like to appreciate all the staffs that i met. Sorry i couldn't notice any of the name but the Front office,Housekeeping and the Concierge is very helpful and friendly. But there is a case. I called the operator in the morning and asked for a shaving kit. The operator asked me to wait since he need to ask the housekeeping. I agreed and wait. I think the operator is trying to put me on hold, but he hang up instead. I thought it might be a mistake or something but unfortunately there was no follow up after the sudden end of the call. No call,no staff, and there's no follow up about this. I know hotel might be busy in the weekend as im also working at a hospitality Industry, but this one is just a little bit disappointing for me since i feel that all of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Overall its a nice stay and i will definitely consider to stay again if i have the chance to do so. P.s. i think the condition of room coffee/tea maker could be improved as i feel its not very clean

Was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Warm welcome by Ainun upon check in. Welcome drinks available in the lobby. Room was clean and have a good view. Welcome amenities was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic, a lot of variation of food. Thanks to Mr. Ridi for the service. Overall this hotel is great choice for leisure and business.

The environment is very good, the hotel staff is also very polite, the breakfast is quite rich, there is a Japanese food restaurant in the dinner fee, and sometimes they also open a buffet, it is estimated to be 30 US dollars per person, overall it is not bad!
