酒店位置應該不算鬧市區，比較安靜，設施很好很新，前台和客房服務人員都很熱情，我們的房間空調不涼還給換了房間。

酒店有一位新來的前台的服務意識不怎麼樣,回答問題很不耐煩，其餘的人員都是挺有禮貌的，酒店還有酸奶送.辦入住來了旅行團，比較吵.去魔鬼城也是算近的吧

儘管屬於經濟型酒店，但酒店房間相當整潔乾淨，房間空間很大、熱水充足。在喀納斯、禾木住了二晚不停斷水、斷電的木屋後來到克拉瑪依的錦德酒店就像進入了天堂，舒舒服服洗了個澡，前台客服了解到我從上海第一次來新疆遊特意升級送了份早餐卷，那個白米粥真的好好喝，給多日吃羊、牛肉已發生食慾厭倦我是一種享受。克拉瑪依城市整潔、建築有特色。下次來還想入住錦德酒店。
