Room is big and cozy. Classic phone is pretty. The cost performance is good. Very close to the station too.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Kaohsiung Main Station, which was very convenient for us. The hotel room was very clean, in which the beds and facilities inside were maintained at a high level of hygiene. The service of the hotel staff was magnificent. There was a slight leakage problem under the toilet sink, and after we informed them of the issue in the morning, they already fixed it when we came back to the hotel in late afternoon. They were really efficient and also very friendly in responding to our queries. In terms of facilities, we felt that there can be a few improvements. First of all, there were no microwaves inside the hotel. We suggest adding some in order for guests to reheat food that they might want to eat at the hotel. Also, it would be great if there is a common area for guests to sit down and chat or eat together. In addition, the TV remote control in our room had a really slow response time, in which each button took like 5 seconds to work. What surprised us was how spacious the room was. For its price, the size of the room felt like a bargain. The intelligent voice butler (small AI-esque machine) in the room was also a fun device to use and play with. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to travellers in Kaohsiung.

CU hotel is a new hotel, reception is fully AI but if you need help, the receptionist will attend to you over the phone and even comes down to your room quickly! it is less than 10mins walk from kaohsiung station and right beside the clothing district for easy shopping! they also gave a complimentary snack! within walking distance to breakfast shops on the other end of the road, around 15min walk to san feng middle street to shop for dried goods. initially sound proof isnt good but overnight remained quite. laundromat and dryer services are cheap at TWD 35 each and packet detergent at TWD 10 if i remember correctly. will definitely stay here again!

Really good, modern, well equipped hotel right by the main station. My only negative is that the internet sometime slowed down, but nothing other than that :)

Room is big, attitude is nice, and very clean. But the inconvenient thing is that there’s not a lobby - if you wanna rest a bit it’s pretty hard.

Easy self-check-in, the room space is good, and the smart voice is accompanied, it feels very comfortable. There are biscuits and instant noodles in the independent function room that you can buy by yourself. The environment is clean and refreshing. The a**osphere is very good. I will stay again next time.

This West Youchao Hotel is well worth staying. The facilities in the room are complete, the space is large, and the rooms are also very organized. The toilet is very clean, the check-in efficiency is high, and there is a self-service check-in service system. It is nearby It is also close to Kaohsiung Station. Overall, it is a worthwhile accommodation! 

This is my third time staying here. It’s as good as ever. It’s right opposite Kaohsiung Station. It’s very convenient to get in and out. There’s a 7-11 nearby. The room is spacious. I think the sound insulation of the door is poor. I hope it can be improved!
