The response to inquiries regarding this app (from the call center) (sorry, I forgot your name) and the response from the staff at Kotobuki Hotel were so polite that I decided to emulate them. Also, I had a really good time.
It would be great if there was a convenience store nearby.
They answer the phone, use their language, look me in the eye and speak kindly to me.

Beautiful renovated hotel. Breakfast comes out late, so if you are in a hurry, you should go early and ask. The food is stylishly arranged and the amount is not large, but it is delicious.

表玄関の有る建物の裏にもう1棟のビルが隣接されており、各フロアで外付けの階段で結ばれている。何とも妙な作りです。表側が本館、裏側が新館と呼ばれているようです。新館の部屋がリノベートされたということらしいです。我々は、新館の6階ですが、これまた面白い。ビルは5階建てで、屋上にペントハウス様な4部屋があり、6階の部屋はそこでした。当然リノベーション後の部屋のなので、中はとてもきれいです。風呂桶も大変広く、大満足。欠点は部屋が温まるまで時間を要したことで、入室後は部屋が温まるまで震えました。

少し残念だったのは見えない所の掃除が行き届いていないところ、ベッドの下は埃があり、普段から掃除されていないと感じました。
