Stayed at Justa Birding from 21st to 23rd June. We had booked the 5 Rooms including Club rooms and One Premier Room. On arrival we were offered a superior room instead of Club Room and on insisting they offered us a so called junior suite which was even worse than the premier room. The female staff at reception is so blunt and dont give a damn of what you are saying. We called our travel agent and he said the General Manager will personally come and sort the matter. But in our 3 days of stay we didnot see any General manger. Yes there was an office near reception where he seemed to be sitting but he didnot bother to come out and talk. To top it all we were charged for the club room despite not staying in one. The property is nice and view from rooms is also great. But hospitality is zero. I have stayed at other justa properties also but this one scores zero. Hope the justa team doesnt let such a beautiful property go waste becoz of the attitude of its staff.

Stay is very present. Staff is very good and cooperative. We get very homely services at dinning area specially Ms. Nanisha. Few concerns also i.e. stinking smell in bath room and water bottles are not clean from inside. We faced health issues. Please look into the same.

Great property. One of the best. They upgraded our room to mini suite(club room). Their hospitality is one of the finest. Special thanks to Ms. Nanisha, GSA for treating us like a family. She cooked us food herself to make us feel special and recommended local Himachali dishes to the head chef to be included in the dinner menu especially for us. I am sure she will reach heights in the hospitality business and must be promoted.

The staff was very attentive especially Ms himanshi with smile . The room was cleaned very well. The food choices were unique. The bed Fluffiest I ever slept in. The hotel was just amazing. Friendly staff . Received good recommendations for food

It was nice experience to stay here. I was completely right choice for family and friends. We loved food here . Entire staff of restaurant was very nice, Nanisha, Himanshi and their CHef AAA takes cares us a lot. We will definitely come back here

The housekeeping staff was so helpful,the food was also amazing MR.Ashok was also very helpful to us.overall it was a amazing stay.the staff very helpful the environment is really nature friendly hotel is well maintained.overall hospitality was good staff was very friendly and appeared to enjoy their job.we enjoyed a lot and for sure will recommend for our family and friends....

The Housekeeping Staff was so helpful, the food was also amazing. Mr. Ashok was also very helpful to us. Overall it was a amazing stay. The reception desk was also very helpful and helped us in check in very warmly. I would Like to thanks the chef also because the food was amazing.

We went on a family holiday and the resort is really nice. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay. They serve some very delicious food at their very newly opened restaurant. The best part of this resort is the location, which is away from city and the view of Mountains. Memorable stay.
