I would also like to praise the service here. It is warm and comfortable, and makes you feel at home. Before coming here, I was worried about the smell of the new hotel, but there was no smell at all. This detail was really taken care of! Finally, be sure to drink their coffee, it’s so delicious! For the coffee, the music, the service, and everything here, I will stay here again next time I come. A few suggestions for the store. Regarding the experience after check-in, the details can be improved: 1. The supplier of toothbrush and toothpaste can be changed. The quality of the toothbrush is too poor and does not match the quality of the hotel. The toothbrush feels like a small hotel guest house. 2. The water in the shower room has to soak outside, even if there is a floor mat, see if this problem can be solved. 3. All was great. The hosts are wonderful. The room was high class and afternoon tea, fruits and hot yak milk are served to the room all free if charge. Dinner was delicious. Going to Western Sichuan in winter is a bit challenging. The service at Lagang Ranch is excellent, warm and considerate. I ordered dinner for the evening in the afternoon. It was a very comfortable meal in Western Sichuan. The breakfast was also okay. However, the altitude here is over 3,500, so consider it based on your physical condition. There was a power outage that night, but luckily there was a generator and floor heating was always available, so it was warm and not cold. I also used an oxygen machine to feel more comfortable and sleep well. Overall it's pretty good Summer and autumn should be more beautiful
