Kangding Xinduqiao Zanbo Hotel

The hotel is located in Xinduqiao, a photography paradise in Western Sichuan. There are many excellent places to take pictures in the surrounding area. If you are lucky, you can even take photos of the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain in Yuzixi. The internal facilities of the hotel are very new, the room design is full of aesthetics, the facilities in the room are very user-friendly, and the space utilization rate is very high. There are also smart speakers and oxygen concentrators in the room. You can drink whatever you want at the front desk of the hotel, and there is a lot of mineral water in the room. It's enough, but the breakfast variety is a bit lacking and the service needs to be improved. Overall, it is a very good quality hotel on the plateau and a very good experience.

The hotel's sanitary environment is good. The hardware just needs to be updated. The shower faucet leaked and I called customer service and they said they would fix it right away. No one was there until check out in the morning. If it leaks, just make do with it. Finally, use a towel to cover the leaking location. Otherwise the water will spray everywhere.

There is no floor heating, no welcome fruit, and I had to wait half an hour for noodles for breakfast. I thought a five-star hotel would be good, but it is actually an ordinary B&B. I am quite disappointed.

The hotel is next to the Gongga Snow Mountain Observation Deck. It has complete facilities and an oxygen supply system, which is very suitable for people who have just come down from high altitude. There is no dry cleaning service for clothes, but the rack for drying clothes in the room is very convenient. The clothes we washed that night were all dry the next day. The room service is pretty good, and basically responds to all requests. In the evening, welcome fruits, cola and mountain spring water were also given. Because of the traffic jam in Zheduo Mountain, we arrived late and booked dinner with the hotel in advance. The special yak mushroom soup pot was very filling and felt a bit too much for the four of us. The advantage of living here is that you can go to the observation deck in the evening to watch the sunset, which is very beautiful.

The price is slightly higher, but it is normal during the peak season of the attraction. The service is very good. The soup pot in the restaurant next to it tastes good and the portion is generous. The room was also very clean. The only drawback was that it was next to the road to Gonggar Observation Deck. There was a faint smell of horse manure when entering the hotel.
