The location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the room and the service were very good. I think that the cost performance is good considering the price of breakfast. However, I think it's a little troublesome because I'm not used to entering numbers without a room key, and entering another number when taking a bath. I'm used to carrying a card with me, but I felt a little stressed because I felt like I would lose the receipt.

Hotel rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet style, but unfortunately the miso soup was cold. It's a pity that the hot water circulation in the public bath is bad, the hot water is dirty, and there is an odor. There are few customers who wash their bodies before bathing, and I would like to see manners thoroughly enforced.

It's a short walk from the station, but the natural hot springs that you can soak in at night will help you get rid of your work fatigue.

It's new and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is also delicious and satisfying. I am also happy that there is a large public bath. The staff was kind as well. Cospa is also good. The room extension process was smooth. I want to stay here again.

　It's about a 5-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, and there are 2 convenience stores and many restaurants around the hotel. However, there were many absences due to epidemic prevention. The location is convenient for sightseeing and the facilities are new and clean. I was able to refresh myself in the large public bath (small) after a long day. It was a pity that there was no liquor at the welcome bar that I was looking forward to. If possible, it would be nice if there was a guide at the time of reservation! The negative point is that I think I'm used to it, but it was troublesome to bring my own personal identification number and amenities and yukata instead of a room key. I stayed for 2 nights this time, but it was a room on the 3rd floor, and there was only an air conditioner outdoor unit from the window, and I could not see the scenery at all. Plus next to the elevator! Well, it was quiet, so I said yes. I will use it next time if it is cheaper.

I used it while traveling. Although it is a short walk from the station, I chose it because it has a large public bath and was cheaper than other business hotels. There was also bar service, but it was a pity that the replenishment was bad. Draft beer would have been even better.

It was great for the price. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice.
