Zekuu

The ocean is right in front of you, and the location is amazing, with a view from both the room and the open-air bath. We were blessed with good weather, and were able to see both the sunset and sunrise clearly, which was amazing. The service and food were not bad, but for the price, there were some aspects that left us feeling a little unsatisfied. Some parts of the facility were not well-cleaned, so we decided not to see them this time, but it will no doubt be unpopular with people who like cleanliness. Anyway, it's still understandable considering that they put all their effort into the location. I would recommend it to people who love the ocean.

It's terrible in everything. ① I was told that there would be a coupon or discount of 9,000 yen per person for prefectural residents, but when I actually checked in, I was told that there was no such thing. Since I was about to arrive an hour early, I asked if I could be shown to my room a little earlier if a room was available, and she immediately replied, "No, that's not possible." Without even researching. ③ Part of the facility was broken. One of my relatives was physically disabled that day, so I really needed this facility, and even though I had told them about it when I made the reservation, they didn't let me know, and I only found out about it after checking in. The manager came over and apologized profusely. It's so cruel that I'm shocked. I love traveling, and I've been traveling for decades, but this is the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. Of course I won't go there again. I still can't forgive it. If you are planning to make a reservation, please do so with strong determination.
