Hotel Kamakura Mori

The hotel is in the center of Kamakura, the lobby is on the 3rd floor, and there are shops below. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to travel. Breakfast is at the Chinese restaurant B1 on the ground floor. There are three kinds of set meals to choose from, which tastes good.

I stayed at this hotel close to Kamakura Station this time on a day trip in Kamakura after a long time. The weather was good and I was looking forward to the next day's Kamakura walk. First of all, the entrance of the hotel was difficult to understand and left to right. The floor display of the elevator is difficult to understand. The construction is fashionable, but the moving line from the elevator to the front desk is bad and narrow. The target is young. There may be some mistakes that I didn't read the terms of use firmly when booking the net, but the attitude of the woman who responded to the check-in was the lowest. Because it was a reservation in the prefectural people, I was asked to present a certificate of vaccination, but when I told him that I didn't bring it, it was said that it meant ”I can't stay without anything to prove” Because it is said that something can be proven, when I look for an email that came to the vaccine, I see a paper with a fluorescent marker on the sentence posted on the reservation site I just said, ”It's written here!” I found him angry at the attitude, but I came to Kamakura, and I didn't see the document because it was bad, and I was looking for an email by two people, and the staff came I came to say, ”I don't accept it, but I will respond only this time.” I came with Kachin! I checked in with a smile, saying, ”I'll be thankful.” I think there is a way of saying things as a customer service business, even if there is a mistake here. It was quite high pressure and I was sorry as a fellow to the way of saying things from the top and the attitude and expression of the eye. If you are staying in the prefecture, please read the conditions of use. laughter

Kamakura is a place where you can go back for a day enough, but I wanted to change my mood and stayed overnight. I think the best uri of this hotel is the location. 5 minutes less from Kamakura Station of JR and Enoden 々. Since it is located along the Onari Dori shopping street opposite the major Komachi Dori street, there are fun shops such as restaurants and general stores around, but there are not many people as Komachi Dori street, and it is quiet and calm impression. It is about 15 minutes walk to Yuigahama, and it is close to the vegetable market where the morning market (from 8 o'clock) is done, and the morning walk is recommended. I didn't expect much, but it was very good to be able to relax because the large communal bath was wider than I expected and I entered aiming for less time. The view from the room was a pity. It is natural because it is built in a residential area near the station &, but can you see a little surroundings in the room on the 4th floor? I stayed on the first floor, and when I opened the window, I normally faced the road, so I couldn't open the Shoji instead of the curtain, and I thought it was always dim even in the daytime. Also, when I looked at the hotel's HP, it seemed that there were many layouts where the beds were perfectly attached to the windows, and my room was also, but this was cold ...! Even if you lower the roll-up curtain, cold air comes from the window, and the cold air directly cools your shoulders .... I wanted another blanket than the air conditioner. The room itself is compact, but you can spend your time comfortably with everything you need, but your low satisfaction may be because you can't deny the high price because you stayed alone. I don't think I could have thought about it a while ago, paying 18,000 yen per night at a hotel of this class without breakfast. The hotel fee has risen ... (If you ask for breakfast separately, it is about 1600 yen for a Japanese set meal or a Western set meal) Kamakura may be unavoidable because the hotel fee is high overall. Speaking of staying next time, it is subtle. I'm not dissatisfied with the facilities in the room, but is it worth the price? I'm wondering from the point of view, so I'll give you three stars.

I originally booked a hotel in Tengze City, but then I temporarily changed my stay to this hotel because I was considering visiting Kamakura. It was quite good. Ofuna Station has many subway lines and bus stations are gathered here, which is very convenient for independent travel. There is also a department store built above this station, which also sells the Muji brand. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the subway. When you come out of the east exit of the subway, there is McDonald's across the road. Turn left at the intersection of McDonald's and go straight. After a few steps across the street, you will see the hotel. The young girl at the front desk is pretty, has a good attitude, and speaks fluent English. There are free self-service toiletries in the lobby, and registered members can get a bottle of soda. The room is small, with a small table and stools, and a 1.6-meter large bed. It's okay for two people to live in simply. The hygiene is okay. I stayed for 2 nights and put a cleaning sign on the second day, but it was still very clean. The room has a wall-mounted air conditioner that can adjust the temperature and open the windows. There are many small restaurants surrounding the hotel, with a wide variety of choices, which is very convenient. Breakfast includes rice, miso soup, natto, small fish, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is much more convenient to go out after eating in the morning.
