Enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Had a nice time during the one night stay with my family. Reception lady very polite. The downsides are having booked a deluxe room, we still had to pay 100 roubles for an early Chechen, and we were earlier by one hour only. And we paid 6000 rubies for the room. Another downside- no microwave in the hotel at all. In the evening had to warm up some street food purchased, and it was not possible in the hotel at all. Good about being offered to keep the push chair in the utility room downstairs. Staff are in general marvellous.

Отдыхали с сестрой с 4 по 11 марта 2023г. Приехали вечером и поэтому сначала не заметили вывеску. Встретили очень дружелюбно, сразу прислали на телефон несколько предложений по экскурсиям. Спать было ну очень мягко. Номер был небольшой, но оснащен всем необходимым. Санузел в номере с душевой кабиной, все чисто и аккуратно. Расположение очень удобное - рядом площадь Победы и центральный рынок. Пешком ходили и в музей янтаря, и на остров Канта. Рядом расположен клуб Планета, где в "счастливые часы" можно недорого подкрепиться с пивом по акции 1+1, платишь за одну порцию, приносят две. И цена за проживание была просто отличная, нас пенсионеров, очень даже устроила.

Уютный отель , расположенный в центре в тихом месте, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Приветливый персонал, ежедневная уборка номера. В номере имеется чайник и чайные принадлежности, кулер с водой на этаже. Завтрак можно заказать по меню. Работает сауна с бассейном.На рецепции предлагают экскурсии, трансфер, авто на прокат.
