Initially we ordered via apk the double bad room type, but we were given the single bad type, the room was very small, dirty, the bathroom smelled, there were small animals (cockroaches) but at that time I didn't take a photo because I was emotional and disappointed with the booking. I was clear that the price was different from the type given to me, in the end I complained to the hotel staff by showing the type of room I ordered, the answer was not satisfactory for the reason that it was in accordance with the application I asked. This was clearly different from the room I had ordered. What I ordered was supposed to be the double type but it was already filled In the end, we were moved to a type of villa which had 4 rooms but the bathroom was outside but the 1 villa was mixed with other guests so it was less frivate. So I was really disappointed but because it was so late at night check in, I didn't want to accept it 😭😭😭😭
