Flisvos gets mixed reviews on Tripadvisor, but I could not be happier with my stay. I had a spacious single room with a very generous balcony with views of the sea. The hotel is clean and modern, located conveniently just across the road from Kalamata beach. The breakfast was excellent, providing meats, cheese, bread, coffee, juice, yogurt etc. There is an abundance of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel too. Go to this hotel! It is relatively cheap and of a high standard.

On the seafront but my room was at the back which was quiet but no views. Bathroom was quite large and modern but very tiny shower. On street parking was fine out of season but may be more difficult at other times.

Ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο για τα χρήματα που πληρώνεις. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στο μέσον περίπου της παραλιακής λεωφόρου （Ναυαρίνου 135）, πλάι στην γραφική εκκλησία της "Αναστάσεως". Σταν σύν: -Καθαρό δωμάτιο με ζεστό νερό όλες τις ώρες στο μπάνιο. -θέα στην υπέροχη παραλία της πόλης. -Άνετο lobby όπου σερβίρεται χορταστικό πρωϊνό και καφές κατά προτίμηση . -Ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό. -Ελαστικότητα στην ώρα του chek out. Στα μείον: -Πολύ μικρή ντουζιέρα. - Δεν υπάρχουν χαλάκια γύρω από το κρεβάτι, απαραίτητα για το χειμώνα. Μια και τα θετικά χαρακτηριστικά είναι πολύ περισσότερα από τα αρνητικά , το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο - Με καλό πρωινό - Και εξαιρετική θέα !!! Ευγενικό προσωπικό - Παρά πολύ καλό Θα ξανά έρθω !!!!!!!!!!!!! Κοντά στο κέντρο - Όλα στα πόδια σου !!! Σας ευχαριστώ για την διαμονή . Και δεν καταλαβαίνω τα κακά σχόλια - Σίγουρα θα υπάρχουν και περίεργη πελάτες .

Nous étions en voyage organisé, bel hôtel situé en bord de mer, chambre propre, agréable vue sur la mer du balcon, la literie excellente, le petit-déjeuner top, le personnel accueillant, le bar en face Thalassa est à recommander. Je recommande.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, justo frente al mar. Se encuentra a unos 500metros del puerto en una zona repleta de restaurantes y bares con terrazas junto a la playa. Les instalaciones son correctas y todo está muy limpio. Servicio de recepción 24 horas. Si tienes la suerte, como yo la tuve, de tener habitación en la planta 4 con balcón y vistas a la bahía de Kalamata, es espectacular. Pero otros compañeros no tuvieron esa suerte. El baño es antiguo y urge reforma (aunque está limpio). La ducha es realmente minúscula. El desayuno es bastante básico y en la semana que estuve no hubo el más mínimo cambio en la oferta. Eso sí, el precio es razonable.
