Overall, I had a great experience; staff was helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful & big. Great location for food & Grab.
I will definitely stay here when I come back!

Hotel is nice and cleane but water drain slow during bathing. Hanger provide only 1pc. Not enough for 4 person stay.

Day 1,
1.1 poor hot water system, not even warm.
1.2 no bath mat, rock glass in the toilet is heavily stained, air ventilator full of dust.
1.3 water flow system at the shower area flows out very slowly and even becomes a small pond inside till it flows out.
Day 2,
2.1 woke up by porcelain contact sound at 5:50am.
2.2 no amenities were replenished, have to call to request.
2.3 all the mug didn't wash.
2.4 managed to get a pail to boil water to get a hot shower, but today the hot water system was slightly ok.
2.5 water out flower issues still didn't solve.
2.6 today the bath mat is back
2.7 wakes up by a heavy frying smell from the ground floor, unless someone is cooking in front of the room or my neighbor.
Day 3
3.1 check with the front desk regarding the hot water issue, the answer given was "our hot water system depends on the solar system". What a surprise answer. No wonder early morning and night time the water is cold because there is no sun.
3.2 bath mat and drinking water went missing.
3.3 hot water down again.

First of all, I would like to give my compliment to trip.com. Actually I have accidentally clicked cancel booking and immediately chat with the help desk. The help desk agent help me to communicate with the hotel and they said will keep the booking. Then when I reached the hotel, the front desk staff told me my booking was cancel. Even though I show the email from trip.com that my booking was kept but the staff still insist that my booking was cancel and told me not to worry because I can get my fully refund. II was panic and it was too late to book other hotel and my family member were tired waiting to check in at the lobby. The staff told me to book a room on the spot and re confirm me I can get my refund. Then I tried to call and search the help line from trip.com apps. Luckily, the trip.com customer service was excellent, they all willing to help. And finally today I was told that I will get fully refund and they will give me free coins as a reward for trouble me! Thanks lot Trip.com, I am really recommend to use trip.com apps for booking flight and hotel. Thanks again for settle down my problem as fast as they could. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏
