位置還是不錯的，隔音效果不好，窗户的摻雜聲音很重，空調出風口都對着，床單也沒換，很臟，枕頭還有血，衞生真的是無語

我們一家三口被網絡上的開封吸引了，所以就趁着週末來開封玩玩體驗一下。這家維也納酒店住的很不錯，酒店整體氛圍比較好，美麗的歐式大堂裝修風格。乾淨利落，早餐種類挺多味道也不錯。距離開封每個景區都很近，打車方便，酒店免費停車。酒店跟前對對面就是大商場，隔壁就是開封有名的灌湯包，河南燴麪，胡辣湯等等，真心不錯。

住維也納很多次了，共訂了三間房，但是這家酒店住的估計以後都不敢進維也納酒店了，首先讓我讓我驚訝的是他們竟然把臟布草和洗乾淨的混裝，太不衞生了吧，這樣的大品牌酒店，而且還有攜程的監督，這個衞生狀況觸目驚心呀，想開封市這樣的旅遊城市，政府更應該狠抓酒店和餐飲的衞生，但是這家酒店明顯沒有收到監督，不知道是政府有關部門吃回扣了還是什麼原因？早上8點多去的餐廳，所有的菜爐裡邊都是空的，肯本沒啥吃，自己煎了幾個雞蛋還沒筷子，要了好多次都沒拿來，最後去前台找了個經理才把筷子拿出來，直接洗完沒有任何措施筷子上的水還在往下流就給客人用，一次性筷子也沒有，那個經理不好意思，拿了幾張吸油紙給我擦了一下，而且房價1000多塊，節假日你為了掙錢我也能理解，最起碼把服務和衞生搞好麼，我就想問問，這種昧心良心做生意的商家到底有沒有監管，客房衞生也很差，地毯好久都沒清洗過，一股味，衞生間瓷磚到處開裂，也沒處理，還有過道裝修留下的白灰，幾年咯都沒處理，車也沒地方停，説的提供停車，車位滿了，還是我自己花錢在外邊停的，差評差評差評，希望攜程以後能對這種酒店好好把把關，再不要坑顧客了👎
