Staff was amazing nice and very accommodating. Parking was horrible couldn’t find a spot and almost got hit a few times just walking to the hotel. Lobby and pool cute bright , we love all the places to sit and read a book or sit by the fire and talk. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Rooms weren’t the best reminded me of a cheap motel was expecting more when paying over 400$ for one night. The rooms were very different then what i booked online so that was disappointing. Night sleep was okay could hear almost everything a few kids screaming which threw my family off but the ac worked which was amazing. Very close to the airport restaurants but farther then where we did our activities but still a great trip

The hotel feels like a vacation, with beaches and airport shuttles. Parking fee. The room is relatively large. There are also many gas stations nearby. The airport and Wal-Mart are only a few kilometers away. In the morning, you can see the glow of sunrise on the opposite mountain, which is very beautiful. A bit noisy near the road.

It was early in the morning when the plane arrived late at the hotel, and our order could not find our order at the time, which was delayed for a while. She therefore waived us $ 12 for parking. Love this flexible approach. The hotel room was clean and close to the airport but the plane was a bit noisy when taking off and landing.

While the ambiance and scenery were exceptional, one aspect that fell a tad short was the limited dining options available on the property. We had a brief but really fun stay here at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa. We were warmly greeted by the sweetest staff member, Megumi. She heard that it was our dream one day to stay here and for our 16th anniversary we made it happen, and she surprised us with Leis! It was incredible. The staff here are attentive and kind and so welcoming! Michael with Maui Gold pineapples made sure to tell us all about the resident HUGE fish in the Koi pond, a cousin to the piranha, whose name is “Mitch”. The kids loved the fun facts he shared, as well as offering us some of his delicious Maui Gold Pineapple and some chocolate buckeyes he generously shared with us. The lobby had our complimentary coffee for guests from 6-9am, and a fun flamingo (yes, there are FLAMINGOS!) and koi feeding at 9am. Upon arrival we were also given two complimentary tickets to grab a cocktail or mocktail at their poolside bar. There were other complimentary offerings as well that we did not take advantage of. The kids spent most of their time on the waterslides. Poolside seating can be difficult to find if you arrive later than 10am, but if you’re patient and keep an eye out, a space usually opens up. The location can’t be beat as it’s directly next door to Whalers, which has great shopping and restaurants that are beachfront. Awesome snorkeling at Black Rock is a short 5-7 min beach walk from the hotel. We were really happy with our stay! Our room faced the mountains and we had a gorgeous view of the sunrise. There are private adult only hot tubs (one infinity sand bottom!) and pools as well. Water bottle filling stations are found on the lobby floor. Excellent choice for families. $35 self park fee or $45 valet.

Ka＇anapali Beach Hotel is lacated on the Ka anapali beach , which is very beautiful. The water is very clear, the sky is blue, the seaview is very good, you can participate in the hotel＇s water projects, such as diving, fishing, surfing. The room is very comfortable , large and the decoration is classic as I like .Besides,The hotel’s garden is full of tropical flair. he hotel is approximately 45 minutes from the airport， You can get an airport bus to the hotel for about $25 per person.The big supermarket is about 10 minutes from hotel by car ,this is very convenient. I will choose this hotel next time , also recommend this hotel to my friend .

This is a very good hotel. 1. Ocean view is beautiful. 2. Close to Black Rock Beach. 3. The swimming pool is large and relaxing. 4. Within 5 minutes on foot to the nearest shopping center 5. All staff are friendly. 6. Rooms are a bit old but clean. 7. However, it is a pity that the breakfast menu is small.

We stayed five nights at Honua Kai. The exterior grounds were well kept though the pool was cloudy on more than one day. I’d say the pool was average+ compared to others I’ve visited. Hotel was on the beach so it was nice to have that as an alternate swimming option- awesome views too! Barely any drink waiters around the pool which wasn’t a huge deal but gives you an idea of the level of service available. We didn’t have room service the entire time we were there which was annoying. Maybe that’s the new norm post-Covid but it would’ve been helpful with five people in a room. And honestly, it’s a cheap way out for hotels IMO. Fitness room was over 80 degrees. There were only large fans; no A/C in half the gym. There was one yoga mat for the entire room. One day I went in, there were no water cups. Just felt the overall attention to interior maintenance was average at best. The place is massive. Half are condos and half are rentals. Nice space available in the rooms for families. Having the kitchen and two bathrooms was a bonus. Average, clean rooms with nice views. In a scale of stars, Id give it a solid 4. Nothing special, but clean and good for families.
