All of this hotel really comfortable,food is good,service is excelent,room clean but all hotels furniture looks like very very old😝.So didn't take a pic...Location is good, to land of the legends walk for 10min.

One of the best hotels we have been in Turkey. Staff are good. Food is perfect. Room is perfect. The pool is good. Definitely coming back

Had a great time, very good entertainment lots of fun games with amazing staff, the buffet had a variety of food and alacarte restaurants were very good. Rooms were nice and spacious, plenty on pools to choose from and amazing water park with lots of slides to choose from 👍

Odalarımız ***et güzel çalışan arkadaşlar Güler yüzlü tek eksi olarak havuzda ısıtması yok ama kapalı havuzu var yemekleri güzel aile öteli arkadaşlarımla birlikte güzel bir tatil yaptık ***et güzel eğlenceli bir otel tüm innvista ailesine teşekkür ederim.

Pool bar her gün aynı yemekler, standart. Akşam yemeğini kaçırırsanız gece yemeğinde aç kalırsınız. Akşam yemek saati çok kısa. Havuz barda Belma hanım çok güler yüzlü ama tek başına bırakılmış, herkese yetişmeye çalışıyor. Aile açısından ***et iyi, çocuk aktiviteleri çok. Animasyon ve oyunlarda Yiğit Bey gerek sabah etkinliğinde gerek öğleden sonra etkinliğinde çok verimli, eğlenceli zaman geçirmemizi sağladı.

Just back from a last minute break for a week. We found this hotel to be very Average. This is the first time for a visit to Turkey and we were not impressed. Food wise; The a la carte restaurants were closed. We didn't know this until we asked reception. This was one of the reasons we booked as like variety. The main restaurant served the same food for lunch and dinner and got repetitive thank goodness we only stayed a week. If you like 5 star service in a restaurant it didn't happen here. You have to self service your drinks. 2 nights in a row no one even asked us what drinks we like. Water is also served in plastic cups if you can call it a cup, which is again not ideal and not very environmentally friendly! There is a language barrier also it's so hard ordering drinks thank goodness for Google translate. If your British and don't speak Turkish be ready! The pools are not heated so very cold. The rubbish isn't cleaned all day so be prepared for flies etc. When we sat down someone had left drinks and they sat there for 5 hours. Fridges with water were off. My husband had to switch them on to have cold water. The check in process offered us no information at all, nothing about the hotel, maps, surroundings, nothing. We had to ask several times. Very poor when you arrived at a nice hotel lobby and get excited about how lovely this stay will he, sadly to be let down. The noise in this hotel at night is off the scale. People slamming doors till 3am, music blaring on balconies. Children running wild and when you have children sleeping it's awful. We could hear conversations next door, people doing to toilet and all sorts. It's a shame as the rooms are lovely and comfortable and clean but the noise was crazy like being in a party hotel and when your kids wake at 6am 7am it's not ideal. We had to speak to reception on this too. The entertainment was limited and pretty poor we just went to our room. Kids club were amazing and probably the best thing about this hotel, the staff were lovely and very much fun for the little ones. When we checked out we were so happy. The hotel was such a let down and it was probably one of the worst holidays we have had. It could be so much better but it just wasn't for us. The beach is also poor  full of litter and jelly fish. It was just again a poor excuse for a beach. The kids food choices were the same every day and just not ideal at all. I just felt it was important to leave this review given our experience. A few simple steps from this hotel would have made all the difference.

This hotel was honestly an absolute blast I am so glad my family decided to come here. The meals they had were top quality and there was stuff for kids. There were activities for kids like a mini club as well as a mini disco. In addition to these wonderful services, the hotel also featured a special guest relations program which greatly assisted us in our travelling experience. Please come here.
