O hotel tinha tudo pra ser incrível... mas deixou muito a desejar... o quarto estava com cheiro de cigarro muito forte, muito forte mesmo.
Foi uma experiência bem ruim, cheguei pra tomar cafe faltando 1 hora pra encerrar e ja nao tinha mais quase nada e muita demora pra repor.
Os funcionários do café tambem estavam gritando bastante e conversando enquanto estava faltando tudo... tivemos que pedir pra elas trazer prato e talheres porque estava sem nada, inclusive quem chegou depois tambem teve que pedir e elas ainda ficaram conversando bem alto e demoraram pra trazer.
Os lençóis estavam tudo bem limpo, mas o quarto tinha até teia de aranha no teto e estava muito visível... tambem tinha resto de fezes ainda na privada quando chegamos.

Elevador quebrado, elevador secundário não vai ao andar dos quartos 2xx e a luz do mesmo apaga no meio do trajeto. No final das contas subir com mala 3 andares em escada é chato. Quarto cheira mofo, ar condicionado faz muito barulho e não gela, janela não fecha de jeito nenhum totalmente, travesseiros finos. Prédio todo caindo aos pedaços, com direito a goteiras, áreas isoladas. Parecendo filme de horror.
