The breakfast staff do a phenomenal job - she was so positive and a bright light! But the best was the check-in guy named Matt -- he went above and beyond to answer our questions about the area, help us with some logistical problems with our jeep and a storage issue, and I noticed him helping another lady, she had a cane and Matt went out of his way to get her change for laundry. All 4 of us commented the beds were the best on the whole vacation. We didn't need the kitchenette but it was totally stocked -- this is a great hotel except for the pool area which is really sad and dirty and the spa is closed. One morning front desk worker was rude but the manager fixed her mistakes. But it was Matt who made it a 5 star experience -- he had a ”can-do” attitude & made sure we had everything we needed, plus some! We can't stop telling people how much he helped us make our stay in Joshua Tree the best it could be. The hotel is next door to a great all-night authentic fast Mexican food, highly recommend!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for the price! Room size was great. Large, king size beds. Clean room. Very close to Joshua Tree National Park. The only negative was that the pillows were skimpy and they only provided 2 per bed. Bring your own pillow, or get some extras up the road at Dollar general, like we did, for an inexpensive fix to this minor issue.

This is the ”TajMahal” to stay at when in Twentynine Palms or the Hi-Desert! We do business trips in the area often and obviously this was missed. Everything was SO clean and modern. Staff were amazing and so extremely helpful! Extra kudos to Shawna, Mona, and Rick at the Front Desk!!!

It was near Joshua Tree and the scenery was full of nature and I was able to enjoy my stay. The trailer house was very clean and new and comfortable as a normal hotel. On a cold day, I was able to cook 々 like a grill in the microwave oven, and it was good that I didn't have to go out. One difficulty was that the sound of the air conditioner was very noisy and it was about to wake up.

This is the far better hotel in the Twentynine Palms area in comparison. Very nice and clean four story modern mid-century style hotel. Plenty of Free parking. Breakfast included, served til 9:30 a.m. Hot deluxe breakfast: included eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy are yum. Pastries; cinnamon rolls etc. Fruit; bananas, apples etc. Chobani yogurt, cereal, orange juice, coffee. For kids Horizon Organic lowfat milk/chocolate milk. General snack area for purchase; ice cream, water etc. Pool/spa area so don't forget your swim suits, and enjoy it after a long hot day in the desert. OurRoom was on the third floor. Bit of a view. Not too noisy. Our room was very clean. The shower/tub was super clean bright white walls. Everything clean. Hair dryer. Toiletries: Dove bar hand soap and lotion. Shower has built-in Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. We had two queen beds. They were fine. Pillows fluffy. Large flat screen tv with Spectrum cable. In-room mini fridge and small microwave. In-room Keurig one-cup coffer maker. Ice maker in hallway. Across the street is a Pizza Hut, Del Taco and Starbuck's. Block or two down a McDonald's. Minutes away drive an Arby's, Jack in the Box, Popeye's, most fast food chains are here and open 24 hours. IHOP and Denny's close by. Stater Bros. ALDI. CVS, Walgreens. No shortage of amenities. They're all here on the main highway. Felt safe and cozy for a small family of three out on a road trip getaway to Joshua Tree. Note: Very close to back entrance of Joshua Tree Park(about 10 mins) and to second JT visitor's center where they sell JT hats, t-shirts, souvenirs, and have Restrooms.

This is a better hotel than more expensive hotels. I suggest to book a deluxe room which has kitchen because the hotel doesn't have restaurants, so self-cooking might be a good idea rather than finding restaurants outside. The town has only several restaurants. I note that the hotel doesn't have sauna, just a FYI.
