Atendimento péssimo! O ar condicionado é central e não funciona! O quarto estava um inferno quando chegamos. Ligamos o “ar” e nada … daí chamamos a recepção e o rapaz que veio disse que era assim mesmo, que tava muito calor e que o ar não era ia gelar mesmo… e eu pagando quase 500 reais por uma noite pra passar calor!! Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e ele disse que não tinha como pq o ar não estava estragado… oi??? Um ar central que não funciona, sujo e eu que acabei de entrar não tenho direito de trocar de quarto? UMA VEGONHA… REDE IBIS ACCOR DEVIA TER VERGONHA DE CHAMAR ISSO DE 3 ESTRELAS. Me senti literalmente roubada !

Não ficaria mais de uma noite. Colchões muito ruins, que se deslocam da base quando a gente se mexe na cama, quarto apertado, sem mesinha de cabeceira e formigas no quarto.

Chegamos no quarto, a mesa e o banheiro estavam sujos, tivemos que trocar de quarto. Café da manhã ok. Economizam tanto que nem oferecem toalha rosto. Tivemos que pagar a parte pelo estacionamento. Detalhe, pagamos R$300 reias um diária, preço de hotel bom pra ficar em um meia boca.

Ibis Joinville é uma decepção. Não seguem as regras do programa All.accor e agem de forma arbitrária, prejudicando os clientes. Não aceitaram o meu pagamento por pontos, conforme feito pelo call center do All.accor. Tive que pagar em dinheiro e ainda não me devolveram os pontos. Um absurdo.

Foi agradável, a falta de uma informação no site na hora da reserva nos deixou surpreso a cobrança de $.27,00 a diária para estacionar no hotel achamos um pouco exagerado. Mais por não ser informado sobre a taxa.
