We would stay again here. The hotel was easily accessible with a grocery shop and roadside food stalls just a minute a away.

It's a great hotel to spend time with the family. It had a nice swimming pool, a view of the sea, and the whole family was satisfied. Breakfast was also delicious and good.

The scenery was amazing, but finding an apartment was a little troublesome at first. Good customer service and patient teaching

Easy to book, seamless check in/out process for one-night stay We stayed in the Executive King unit. Very spacious and well equipped amenities (kitchen with fridge and kettle), many electrical sockets. Especially love the bidet with wash, dry, and seat warmer features! It looks like the electrical sockets and bathroom have been renovated recently. However the wardrobes in the kitchen and bathroom aren't so clean on the insides. The soundproofing is not so good, so can hear people in the corridor, rain, and traffic on the motorway outside loudly. Ok if you're a heavy sleeper, but probably will not suit light sleepers looking to get a good rest. No comments on the rest of the hotel amenities, restaurant etc. as it was closed for renovation at the time of our stay. We enjoyed a quiet, easy walk on the road through Kampong Muhd Amin to the restaurants and cafes located along Jalan Kolam Ayer (near Kolam Ayer Mosque). Overall ok as a basic accommodation for short stay on a budget

I used to stayed at this Tuned Hotel in 2018 and the condition of the room and environment are decent. This time in 2024 the hotel’s appearance are less maintenance and aged. Windows at common area are dirty and full of bird dung. My room are located at 3rd floor facing the road can hear the sound of traffic during night, cleanliness are just ok, bedsheets got unremovable stain. Bathroom just aged/ran down.. the door full of stain which they did not wipe / clean them. Overall just ok with the price.
