Hotel is conveniently located and the cheapest in the neighborhood. However expect to be minimal service. No breakfast.

The guy at the front desk upon check needs to chill out a bit. He got worked up. The room was clean and it was very quiet

I stayed at this Inn two years ago and was thrilled with every aspect. The staff was wonderful on this latest trip. But the lamp was rusting, the mini fridge was not turned on and I killed two cockroaches. We are all dealing with the crazy inflation which changes what we are able to do, and perhaps this is why things had deteriorated. They didn’t even have a drink machine. But as said before, the staff was very nice, and the location was just right for my visit.

The room and the service were fine. Let me vent about a corporate policy that is the worst I have seen at any hotel chain...
TV? Haha. You can only watch local channels or purchase $30 movies. Full stop. No streaming built into the nice Samsung flat screens. The HDMI ports are disabled so you can't plug in. And when you download the "stayconnect" app to use your mobile phone or tablet ... Thinking you can stream... Guess again, the app is only a remote control! If Red Roof cares that much about additional revenue that they will block you from spending your money watching somebody else's content... Too bad.
Normally I don't care about this stuff but after spending over half an hour just trying to watch some classic Disney Halloween stuff with my kids on a family trip, this really pissed me off after I figured it out. I will not stay at another Red Roof Inn because of this.

This room was absolutely disgusting, had baby roaches and the air did not work I paid for two nights. They said they couldn’t switch us rooms because they were booked and they couldn’t get anyone in to spray until the next morning. We came back to our room after our event was over to be locked out of the room they checked out with no calls or warnings our belongings were missing for a while. Talked to management when I checked out and all she could say was sorry. This was the most miserable stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would never recommend this place nor go back to any of these establishments.

The room and bathroom were clean but a little worn. All lights and outlets worked. The place was quiet, comfortable, and convenient to the places we were in town to visit. Red Roofs always provide a reliable balance between comfort and value.

Comfortable and quiet, even though it's conveniently right off the interstate and close to a major road. Extremely helpful front desk staff. Attractive, modern style building and rooms. Overall, a good experience. I will stay there again.
