Your standard Sokos Hotels in good and bad. No personality, could be anywhere in Finland but functioning and with an excellent location. Decently priced parking available. Service was quite efficient and friendly and the breakfast was OK.

Good hotel with everything you need on site. The breakfast / sauna and one of the restaurants is weirdly in another part of the hotel which require a walk and another elevator / stairs -but the rooms are spacious and staff at reception very helpful. No room service though, so beware of getting back late due to your work!

Basic hotel at the centrum of Joensuu. Rooms, I had superior, are fine. Common sauna is in bad shape, lockers have issues with locks and how to store key, sauna and Jacuzzis are worned and needs renewal. Gym is not worth of mentioning, three devices..

Superb service, nice and cozy rooms. Everything works as it should, and maybe little more. Hotel is at the centre, and everything is near. Very nice city! We got room with balcony to the street and it was a little suprise. At warm weather it was nice to watch city from the balcony.

Joensuun Vaakuna on vuosi toisensa jälkeen onnistunut joka kerta luomaan henkilökohtaisen, asiakaskeskeisen ja upean palvelukohtaamisen. Ystävällisiä ja rentoja tapaamisia. Huoneet ovat faceliftin saaneet, ravintolat ja tavaratalo samassa rakennuksessa, keskeinen sijainti ja hyvä sopimus viereisen kuntosalin kanssa.
