Didn’t really feel like a five star experience. The lobby was hot and loud. No tea pot in the room. Cigarette ash all over the hotel & the room. Bed was nice. The spa isn’t a spa it’s a series of lukewarm swimming pools full of children. The food was good. Ground staff were friendly and accommodating. The squirrels & chipmunks deserve better!

Have stayed few different place's Intercontinental, this one is by far the most special one and impressive. Heard room rate in peak time soars, luckily for my visit this time is very reasonable. But I think it worth the price.

Great hotel , large clean and very nice room. Good breakfast and also a large hot spring. Dinner with some performances and super hospitable staff.

Amazing hotel hidden between the hills right over the ridge of the Jiuzhaigou colorful lakes valley. Hotel appears to be fully recovered from the earthquake that hit the region in 2017. We were super lucky to finally visit the Jiuzhaigou park and stay at Intercontinental was a cherry on top of the pie. Hotel kindly gave us a complimentary entry to their fantastic hot springs - which was really wonderful to relax after 36 km hiking across the Jiuzhaigou park. Breakfast, as per intercontinental standard was great. Although due to golden week some most popular stations (waffles) required few minutes queue. Hotel was full but we still happened to be given a parking spot in the underground garage. All in all - fantastic stay.

Lovely room and they checked us in to mountain View which we were grateful for. Would like to see them develop area near hotel and Make basic paths for nature walks. Not very prepared for western eating at restaurants but is good for room service and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay there!

A little bit outside of Jiuzhaigou which makes it more relaxing!

A perfect Jiuzhaigou resort hotel. Last night, the plane was unable to take off on time due to rain and snow. The hotel's airport pick-up service immediately kept in touch with me to see when I could fly. It was already past nine o'clock when I landed and was sent to the hotel. The hotel front desk girl and handsome guy not only helped me upgrade the executive floor view room according to my Platinum Ambassador membership level, but also helped me add a heater in the room and turned on the heater in advance. It was so considerate! In addition, InterContinental Pin Oh Ambassador members also gave a buffet breakfast. The freshly made rice noodles plus the hotel's braised beef were amazing! So delicious! The hotel has a beautiful environment and excellent service. In this winter, I can enjoy the snow-capped mountains and see the blooming cherry trees in the hotel! Ctrip's package at this price is really worth it!

The room is tidy and the staff has a good attitude. Within a 30-minute drive from the hotel to Jiuzhaigou, there are many types of breakfast, the dining environment is comfortable, and there are many charging stations in the room. It is in line with expectations. I hope to have a better accommodation experience.

Very unique hotel, it can be said to be one of a kind, close to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, surrounded by virgin forests, you can see fungi growing on the trees in the room, surrounded by high mountains, you can see the unmelted snow on the top of the mountain. Although it is far from the scenic area, the hotel is not as glorious as it used to be because of its age, but it is still worth experiencing

The hotel is located in the forest, with a first-class environment, quiet and comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, and the view outside the window is beautiful with clouds and mist! The yard is like a garden, very beautiful. The waiters at the front desk and restaurant are warm and friendly. The shortcomings are: I stayed in this hotel 25 kilometers away from the scenic area. I originally wanted to stay and eat well, but the food for two nights was not satisfactory. It was not that the taste was bad, but the content or quality of the ingredients was not in place. So I left early and hope for improvement.

The room is very clean, the window looks out to the mountains, the scenery is beautiful, the breakfast is rich, the front desk staff is considerate and thoughtful, the environment is beautiful and worth coming

The service is five-star. The environment is also beautiful. After walking in the ditch for a day, it is very pleasant to return to the hotel. The pick-up service is also very well arranged. The same driver is picked up later, punctual and polite.

The service training was very good. From the chef patrolling back and forth in the breakfast room, the restaurant lady who actively served, to the aunt who said it was cold and helped us to get hot water in advance in the bathhouse, they were worthy of being at home. The facilities are not gorgeous, but the price-performance ratio is good.

I visited Jiuzhaigou for the first time in 2007 and was shocked when I passed Jiuzhai Paradise. It was a pity that it was destroyed by the earthquake, but fortunately it was rebuilt. This time I took my parents-in-law to travel to Jiuzhaigou, and I specifically chose to stay in this hotel. There were few people in the off-season, and I was very satisfied with the hotel's environment and service. The room was upgraded for free, and the balcony directly saw the snow-capped mountains not far away. It was very beautiful. It was hidden in the evening. The singing performance and the Tibetan clothing experience in the lobby were both great👍The handsome guy at the front desk (didn't notice the name) and the beautiful girl (Li Zhuolin) were very enthusiastic and made people feel like they were home😀
