Hangting Hotel Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The surrounding is lovely, a lot of greenery. The hotel is very new, rooms are clean and spacious. The Breakfast was good, but the menu was repeated the next morning. There is group dance activity in the evening near to the hotel, organized for tourists during holidays. It was exciting to participate in that. 😊😊😊. Service people are helpful. Xena Niu helped us with a lot of useful information before our vacation. It was nice to get a free upgrade to a room with balcony. The manager speaks a little English, the rest doesn’t.

Outstanding majestic new property not too far away from Juizhaigou Unesco Nature Park and set within the Resort with branded shops such as Adidas, Nike, a Musuem etc etc. Ans HardRock Cafe too. Right outside the resort is a whole row of eateries. The room is generously stayed out in modern furnishings. We had a room that faces the lake and the mountain. It was glorious! Food quality was 5* and aligned with the Hilton Brand of global properties. And while the hardware was outstanding, I was even more impressed by a couple of individuals - ine was front desk Reception Ms Janice. Her service was tops! We connected prior to Arrivals and I needed help with reservations out of Juizhaigou and transportations. She was so patient and delivered above and beyond! Truly upholding the Hilton brand. A valuable asset that Hilton should continue to groom. Another 2 staff who should be recognised is Oscar from dining and Andy from front desk. Both made our 3N stay extra memorable. I will also like to mention the chefs at the main dining hall. We throughly enjoyed the alar carte yak burgers, buffet dinner and amazing spread of breakfast selections. Oh yes....Mia- trainee at main dining hall was extra diligent and went to the back patisier to get vanilla cream when she realised it was not placed by the bread and butter pudding section. Overall 5*

Overall, it is worth the price. I can’t ask for more. The room is clean and the staff is very helpful. There’s many restaurants, milktea and supermarkets nearby, just walk around. There’s also a bus stop in front of the hotel which is 2 stations away from Jiuzhaigou entrance. I would recommend this hotel for budget travellers

The hotel is located in Ganhaizi outside the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. This hotel is large in scale. It occupies a mountain top. Behind it are towering snow-capped mountains. The design is very unique. I was introduced to it by a friend many years ago. So this trip to Jiuzhaigou. I must choose here. The room has been renovated. It is well maintained. It is very clean and elegant inside. There are nearly 900 rooms in total. There are six restaurants. The main ones open now are a Sichuan restaurant and a ******* yak hot pot. The hotel is about an hour away from the high-speed rail station. It is about half an hour away from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. If you have enough time to visit Jiuzhaigou, it is recommended to stay for more than two days. The hotel is also equipped with a small zoo. The most worthwhile thing is that it has nine hot springs. It is suitable for relaxing your legs and feet after a hard day at night. Hotel housekeeper: Chen Yan is enthusiastic and professional, with excellent service attitude and comfortable accommodation environment. Five-star recommendation. The special car she helped to arrange is very good.

Great experience with receptionist. Recommended for people who want to be within walkable distance to jiuzhaigou entrance. The macdonalds downstairs opening is 9am to 8pm. Breakfast is acceptable, but sitting is limited. Second floor is non smoking floor but the corridor reeks of cigarette smell.

Such a great hotel to stay in Juizhaigou 😍 It's only 5 min walk from the Park entrance and about 400m away from restaurants and shopping area. The room itself is so big and bright with the floor heating 🤩 And we also enjoyed the tea room They're also a hot springs in the hotel and some free snacks in the lobby The breakfast is not a buffet style, and the food was Chinese, so be ready for that, but for us it wasn't a problem Overall it was a pleasant stay!

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

Geographical location: I chose it mainly because it is right at the terminal of the high-speed train bus, which is extremely convenient for returning. It costs 15 to take a taxi to the entrance of the scenic area, and about 35-40 to Qianguqing (basically no meter is used, which is a common problem in Jiuzhaigou). There are many restaurants and two supermarkets in the alley at the left entrance, which is convenient for buying anything. Service: The cleaning lady has a very good attitude and responds to requests. In comparison, the service attitude of the front desk is average. When encountering a brand change, the system operation is not proficient, and the information was wrong once. It took a long time to figure out the upgrade details. The key is that I was informed that the room was not ready when I arrived at 3 o'clock (the hotel stated that check-in was at 2 o'clock), and the reason given to me was that there were too many people staying, which was incomprehensible. Meals: Breakfast buffet, ok, the variety can meet nutritional needs, but if you pay 68 per person at your own expense, it is not worth it, it is better to eat a bowl of noodles at the door. Buffet dinner is not available every day, mainly for tourist groups (question mark face). I didn't eat the yak hot pot, it looks good, but the price is also beautiful (300+ for three people), and the restaurant outside costs 168 per pot. (Of course, it is not exactly the same) Facilities: I heard that it is newly renovated. Overall it's OK. The elevator door is slow to respond and can easily trap people. The air conditioner has to be set to 15 degrees to work. It's a bit stuffy without the air conditioner. The room has a good mountain view.
