酒店環境很美，臨湖而居，有大草坪，有環湖騎行彩虹路，有臨湖木棧道。整個度假村佈局合理，古樹，竹林，小路和綠道相結合，別墅穿插其中，各個都不一樣，房間面積蠻大的，有智能系統，基本實現聲控，非常👍🏻。酒店帥哥服務員小劉特別熱情，開接駁車在停車場接我們去大堂辦理入住，然後送我們去住宿的別墅，幫我的父母提行李，還給周邊旅遊建議，真是很暖心，非常感謝！因為我們是5.1到的，酒店有活動。還送了我們伴手禮，布袋子都是他們自己特別設計的，很好看。早餐種類雖然不是特別多，但該有的都有也還行吧。不足的就是餐廳一般，建議自己開車出去周邊吃。

入住的酒店超讚，周邊的環境挺不錯的，都是一棟一棟的小別墅，房間裏也是全屋智能，開電視窗簾呼叫小度很方便，馬桶也是智能的。前台小姐姐還貼心送了伴手禮。這邊還有個超大的草坪，下午和朋友租了個天幕，一邊聊天一邊看看風景，非常愜意放鬆，下次來廬山還選這裏住。

這是一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。酒店工作人員熱情服務，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐和各種休閑設施，可以在湖邊垂釣，漫步。還有彩虹橋，適合小情侶打卡。咖啡☕️廳，電影院🎦都有，還有温泉♨️，無邊泳池，超級愜意。白天晚上各有各的美。是一個來了就不想走的地方。

大年夜入住，初一早上免費送了早餐，雖然吃的內容不多，但是也解決了沒吃的問題。
有自助洗烘一體機，出來很多天，衣服洗掉了，解決了洗衣問題，不錯。
大年夜晚飯也是在酒店吃的，還行吧

設施：房間很智能，簡約舒適，很適合家庭出遊的一家酒店，智能語音識別可控制窗簾燈光。
衞生：房間衞生很乾凈寬敞，很貼心的是房間有配備一把雨傘。細節很好。
環境：酒店超大的，有餐廳還有温泉，樓下就有燒烤啤酒，真的很愜意呢
服務：酒店工作人員都挺熱情，有主動打招呼，帶路指引方向，停車場離房間有點距離，但是有觀光車接送噢
這是我近期旅遊住的最滿意的一家酒店，很有特色，環境優雅，風景獨特。性價比很高，推薦各位旅遊搭子來體驗一下。夏天有機會再來體驗一下這裏的無邊泳池。

去住的時候，剛好下了一層薄薄的雪，環境非常好，房間乾淨衞生，服務員大姐很熱情。當天晚飯吃了那裡的寬窄巷，師傅是正宗川菜師傅，味道不錯。

酒店在新開的度假村，周邊懷疑很好，晚上燈光很漂亮。除了衞生間私密性差點，房間還是很不錯的。為什麼服務給差評，我3號晚6點左右3個人去酒店的觀湖樓飯店吃飯，沒人接待。走到前台詢問有位置嗎，一個貌似負責人的白衣眼鏡女，幾個人啊？（話語給我感覺好像是位置有的是）。3個人。你去上面那一家吃吧。我以為是樓上有另一家，兜了一圈沒找到。再進飯店去往二樓，白衣女叫停我説，我的意思是讓你們換一家吃。度假區就二個飯店，一個川菜，一個他們。我還是第一次碰到叫入住的客人去別的地方吃飯的。後面開車8公里出去吃，又好又便宜。第二天早餐就在這家飯店，也終於上了二樓，早餐差，不如如家。
