Jiufen Wensing House

The proprietress was very gentle and attentive. She helped us plan our itinerary and recommended places to visit. She also reminded us not to miss the last train. The breakfast was also very healthy and delicious! The room is also very comfortable and feels like home.

The owner is very kind and takes good care of us throughout our trip! The location is very good, about 3 minutes from the main street. If it's not foggy, you can see the ocean~ * I would come back again next time

The B&B does not have an obvious store name, so it is difficult to find it. Maybe it is because the B&B does not have a license. I didn’t expect that the B&B booked through Trip.com would be unlicensed. The stay was a bit stressful. There was also a musty smell in the room, and there were obvious mold spots on the walls. After staying for one night, I informed the landlady to clean it up, but because there were mold spots on the walls in different places, I couldn't clean them all. The surface of the air conditioner is covered with dust. Saw cockroaches in the room. Quilts and towels. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast tastes different every day. The landlady is very interested in us and likes to ask us how we asked for leave, when we will return to Taipei, what religion we are, how old we are, etc. She also sends several messages every day after we go out to ask how things are going. Overall, I stayed there for three days and it was a bit stressful.

The room matches the photo. The location is about 5-8 minutes after walking into the old street. . On the day of check-in, we arrived at the B&B very late due to a schedule delay. The proprietress provided instant noodles for fear that we would be hungry. We will visit again next time if we have a chance.

Even though I arrived about 3 hours before check-in, I was able to check in! (It was very hot and I was suffering from mild heatstroke, so this was a great help. Thank you.) I received ice cream as a service, and the breakfast was delicious. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the tourist spot Jiufen. The location was very good and the owner was kind.
