房間大，乾淨舒服，床品沒有味道，洗漱用品配送齊全，洗澡水量大，酒店早餐簡直好的不得了，中西式都有，滿足各種需求，前台服務員非常熱情，保安大叔也非常的負責，協助引導停車酒店位置在市中心，出門走路去淩河夜市，古塔公園非常近，周邊餐廳很多，榮鵬烀餅店好吃不貴，有機會再次前往入住。

兒子在這裏上大學，我們來錦州好幾次了，這次是第一次住到這家賓館，真的是非常棒的感受。這裏每個人的態度都很好，房間裏面的洗手液都是很高級的香味兒，淋浴花灑的水也很大，最讓我們覺得稱讚的是早餐，中西餐都有，味道很好，連現做的小餛飩都很好吃，挑食的二寶都喝了好幾碗小米粥，服務員大姐也很友善，真的是像家裡一樣温暖，下次來錦州還會再來這裏的，真的很舒適的體驗。

每次都住王府 位置好 服務環境也好
主要在意細節：公區都很乾凈 洗手液都是泡沫的不傷手 身體乳也很好 不劣質 第一次去淋浴間聞到香味 而不是臭臭的味道 太讚了 必須強烈推薦給大家

很少給酒店差評 但這家真的太差太差了
首先聯繫兩天 前天給的房卡沒有生效刷不開房門要住客反覆溝通解決問題
其次我們原本想要住的大一點所以定了庭院房 結果所謂庭院房就是一個小區一樓改的 沒有什麼庭院 衹有拉開窗簾每個人都能看到你在做什麼的臨街一樓和吵到完全無法休息的環境
最後給我們的房間就在保潔房旁邊 房間絕對不是承重牆能隔音 都是隨便什麼板子 第一天中午來回開門 講話 影響我們完全無法休息後我們去前台反饋 沒有給任何解決措施 就是説阿姨五點半下班了 今晚不會吵了 那麼第二天呢？還是一樣
因為有這麼多不滿意沒有被解決 想溝通是否可以晚半小時退房 趕高鐵時間更合適 得到的回覆是“我們兩點整電腦自動跳賬 想再住半小時➕40元”
無力吐槽垃圾酒店的服務和隔音
衹能説請大家擦亮眼睛千萬別住
地理位置還可以 靠近古塔公園 榮鵬 大潤發
但大家完全可以找到同樣地理位置真心做服務的酒店 加油！
