前台服務無語至極。上去就説我要個安靜的房間，結果上來就給我安排個電梯口的房間！問可以給安排個安靜的房間不，能離婚禮遠點的房間不，都是不行，與此同時別人卻是可以選房間，搞笑呢！還沒問老客户可以便宜點嗎，還譏笑一下，不回答！再問，是不是衹有會員有優惠，回答節假日沒有。而事實人家現場電話訂的就有優惠。安排房間不滿意，打電話給前台前台也能給調整了，（最開始安排問的時候前台説不能調整）就給調整在新人房間旁邊，無大語！還好第二天沒聽到啥大動靜。到了晚上，這時候前台換了，問啥都是不好意思，沒有，辦不了，房間裏網沒有，電視看不了，要枕頭沒有，要洗澡拖鞋，沒有！這真是讓我住過的難得吐槽的酒店！

房間設施不錯，就是平台太坑了，價格跟門店一樣，還不包早餐，還不如直接去開房間，前台每天每間客房衹提供兩瓶水，多餘的需要花錢買，這個真是不理解，在外旅遊第一次遇到
