This is my regular hotel in Xishuangbanna, partly due to the fabulous location, and partly due to the service, amenities, and reasonable rates.
The river view is fabulous and I recommend getting it if available.
Location-wise, it's walking distance to many restaurants, temples, market area, as well as the Starlight Night Market.
The staff are friendly and amenable, the breakfast is OK, and the rooms comfortable and clean.
I definitely recommend it for consideration.

A well located hotel with friendly staff who were very willing to help. The hotel was undergoing some refurbishments and appeared that some updates were required. The room was clean and tidy. We heard some noise from the adjoining business but the manager responded to our request very quickly.

Let’s talk about the advantages first: the hotel is on the riverside, the scenery is good, and the swimming pool is also very beautiful. Next to the Starlight Night Market, you can walk there.
Let’s talk about the shortcomings: the young lady who checked in that day seemed to owe her money, but the person after the shift was much better.
Secondly, the hygiene is very poor, and there are still cigarette butts in the room that have not been cleaned;
Thirdly, because there are elderly and children, I booked a two-bedroom room, but one room did not have air conditioning...

The duplex room I stayed in was very large, and I could see fireworks and lights facing the river. The most worthy of praise is Mr. Yang, the customer service staff at the front desk, who has a sincere attitude and thoughtful service.
