The most praiseworthy thing is the service attitude of all the hotel staff. Whether it is the battery car guy or the front desk girl, they are all very enthusiastic. They will greet everyone very warmly and politely when they pass by the front desk. They also send WeChat messages from time to time to ask if there are any needs. I like the local customs very much. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely bring my family to experience it.

The hotel is very close to several popular online shops. It is very convenient for the hotel to provide pick-up and drop-off in Gaozhuang. The front desk service is very good and enthusiastic. A fruit plate is also provided. Many aspects provide a lot of convenience for guests. 👍

The hotel is in a good location, in the scenic area, not noisy at night, easy to go out, very friendly to guests, try to help with anything they need, very welcoming, the swimming pool is nice, but there were too many people during the May Day holiday so we didn't swim, the second floor is where you can do laundry, very convenient.

The hotel is located inside Gaozhuang. The hotel has electric cars to pick up and drop off people inside Gaozhuang. The hotel facilities are relatively new. The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good. However, the hotel's airport pick-up driver has a bad attitude. I did not reply to his message in time, so he scolded Wuhan people for having no quality. It was really speechless. Later I thought that it might be because I did not ask him to book a day tour or charter a car, so he scolded me. The hotel explained that the airport pick-up driver was not a hotel staff member. I don't think this is a reason. If he is not a hotel staff member, it is recommended not to cooperate with such a person in the future!
