We booked a 2-night package for less than 1,400 yuan. The buffet variety exceeded our expectations. The price/performance ratio was very high. The location was also OK. However, the disadvantages were: 1. The door switch was silent. 2. There was no fixed shower.

This is my first time to Jingdezhen. When traveling alone, I choose an international chain brand. Girls go out with safety first. I just saw a Hyatt hotel and chose this one. I arrived at the hotel at noon. The lady at the front desk, Vivian, helped me check in and arranged for me on the highest floor. After checking in, I added WeChat and sent me the Jingdezhen travel guide they compiled. It was very considerate. The room is not bad, it is the kind of simple style, and the rest is very satisfactory, but there are two points about the hygiene of the bathroom: 1. The paint on the shower head in the bathroom is peeling (room 8205 is convenient for you to check) 2. There are hairs on the floor of the sink that do not belong to me. 3. There is obvious scale on the water outlet of the shower head. During the stay, Vivian and other colleagues took the initiative to help. Thank you very much. The hotel is beautiful. I will come again next time.

The hotel has a great sense of design. The stay experience is very good, especially the front desk staff Lin Huirong's service attitude is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. When she saw that there were children coming out, she gave an extra breakfast coupon, which is very considerate. The hotel is clean and tidy, and it is convenient to go to popular attractions. I thank all the staff from the entrance to the check-in. Even the disposable slippers are of good quality. It was a very good stay experience

The hotel facilities are ok and the service is average. Ctrip confirmed check-out at 14 o'clock when booking the room, but when I called the front desk, I kept saying that it was not confirmed, which affected the experience a bit. In addition, the service staff will not take the initiative with guests no matter when they meet in the lobby or in the store. Saying hello is not very nice at all.

Arrived at midnight. The taxi driver asked why there was no one at the hotel entrance to help with luggage. There is a hotel next door. The room was upgraded to a large corner room with 2 balconies facing the street. I was woken up several times by cars on the road in the middle of the night. Anyway, I didn't sleep well. The breakfast was exquisite and had everything it should have. The pink was the specialty. The flowers outside the restaurant were beautiful with red bricks. The location was very good. It was across from the most lively market. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it. I walked over in the middle of the night and took a walk. The price on Thursday was more than half of the weekend discount, which was an experience.
