現在驛家365越來越多了，基本上各地都有了，這次入住給我的驚喜還是挺多的。説説優點：裝修挺好，不管是大廳還是房間都是比較新的那一套標準，面積大，房間裏面有茶桌和免費的茶包，浴袍浴巾也是比較厚的那種。缺點就問題比較大了，作為最酒店基本的衞生沒想到會這麼差！枕頭和被子上面還有上一個客人留下來的飯漬，一摸油乎乎的。床頭的計生用品竟然是用過的！膠拖鞋上面全是毛髮和角質好在提供一次性拖鞋。別的地方可能設施沒這麼新但是基本的衞生這麼差的還是頭一次見。

星級酒店不算，這個房型衹要100，真的是我來這邊住過的最舒適的酒店了。位置在景新大街，這條街算是繁華的啦，旁邊飯店、理髮店、超市都有很方便。房間居然有直飲水機，這點太讓我驚喜了，床兩邊都有插座，兩個人同時充電很方便。淋浴、馬桶、洗漱台三分離乾淨衞生，到景縣的話推薦入住。

過年回家從入住到退房全程都很滿意，一進酒店大廳很寬敞、環境也很乾凈 前台小妹的服務也很好辦理入住也很快，房間的設施也很齊全還有直飲水機喝水很方便 尤其是床我和女朋友一致認為很舒服，還幫忙免費延遲了退房，很不錯👍回家之人必選

去的吳橋雜技大世界，查了半天住宿決定住在這。定了兩間房，住的特別舒服，環境衞生都很好，孩子也很滿意，床單被罩沒有異味，大床和單人床都很大。前台服務也特別好，還送了龍年小掛件，孩子很喜歡。特別棒。

記得第一次入住時，有驚艷的感覺，當時剛開業不久，設施齊備，一個本地口音的中年大姐態度熱情周到。後開仍然住這兒，但這次十分失望：1.掛衣架進卡在牆上，冬季大衣、外衣多，沒法掛。2.房間沒有礦泉水，直飲水沒有説明書，且電源關閉，擺弄半天也沒能打開，幸虧自己帶了礦泉水，直接喝涼水。3.有一個被罩有煙味，疑似白天開過鐘點房或者頭一天住客的沒有換。4.前台換成講普通話的年輕姑娘，早晨六點多退房，全程沒見到她，衹聽見聲音從裏屋傳出“房卡放前台就行”，冬天早晨冷，房間沒熱水，問她哪裡能打杯熱水，她説大廳有直飲水機。於是又擺弄半天，找到電源，倒出一杯水。——忽然想起來第一次入住時，那個中年大姐特別熱情地告訴我，開關在機器側面…
服務員找年輕人，也許視覺效果提高。但要説敬業精神不夠、服務態度和親和力，還是年紀大一些的更好一些。
