整體滿意，小眾景點，特色住宿，人少景美，服務熱情，有電瓶車出行挺方便，住和玩都很滿意，衹是就餐要到山腳下，要是酒店能再增加些餐飲服務，就更好啦！

管家式服務 房間沒有電梯 但會幫忙拿行李。車接車送很方便。山東熱情好客，從年輕人到周邊大哥大姐工作態度讓人感動！如果帶孩子，建議遊玩兩晚即可，山裡夜晚温差大 帶厚衣服。爬山一天 體驗館一天。住宿客人100元四張體驗券，觀光車免費。
吃飯雖然衹有兩個大餐廳 燒烤和火鍋，但是有很多擺攤攤位 山上遊玩也有 出了山農家院很多，可以自駕去。十一遊客並不多，很好的體驗。同為酒店人，祝酒店員工們節日快樂 加班辛苦！

九如山景色秀麗，很多瀑布小溪，還有豐富的diy項目體驗，酒店服務周到，佈置用心，在山裡住的還是比較舒適，臨別贈送了毛絨玩具，小朋友非常開心

九如山內的住宿有如下幾家：諾曼堡和夢枕書香在一起，還有木居、貓宿和木桶，還有兩家帳篷，帳篷體驗最差。這裡邊房間最大、設施最完備的就是諾曼堡。這次在諾曼堡住了兩晚，體驗很滿意。
諾曼堡有一個水很清澈的室內泳池，去的時候沒有別的客人，完全是獨享，水質很好。另外，諾曼堡內有蠟燭、香水、口紅、香皂的製作體驗館，在眾多體驗館裏感覺是最實用的。住在城堡裏，去上述四家體驗很方便。
從諾曼堡出發，就是最後一段登山路線的起點。住在諾曼堡，吃完早飯九點多開始登山，遊客們還沒上來，自己可以獨享滿山的幽靜。等到十點多登頂下山的時候，遊客大部隊們才開始上山。錯時爬山的感覺很開心。下山回來十點半，在房間內沖個澡，不耽誤去各個體驗館轉轉。
諾曼堡的大陽台也很舒服。晚上在陽台上吹山風，看星空，早晨起來看雲霧在遠山山頂繚繞，感覺酒店的住宿費用是值得的。
酒店前台和各位服務員的服務都很熱情，態度很好，住起來很舒服，點贊！

一共就兩天的假期，去不了外地，和同事一起去了九如山，本來還有點後悔訂了酒店，畢竟本身就是濟南人，開車來回也就兩個小時，但是到了之後瞬間覺得值了！首先説下酒店
設施：都是原木的建築，有一種古香古色的韻味，很有感覺！
衞生：衞生很乾凈，沒有一點異味，而且浴缸竟然給準備了一次性浴缸罩。
環境：環境沒的説，山林間的民宿，安靜温馨，衹有蟬鳴和鳥語，讓人瞬間放鬆下來！
服務：服務必須五顆星，從一進院區的登記處到我們退房離開，不管是乘坐擺渡車，去餐廳吃飯，去體驗館體驗還是回賓館，服務人員全程笑臉相迎，出門迎接，主動過來幫忙拿行李，我們入住當天下大雨，門口漏雨很厲害，我們還沒發現，酒店已經主動找到我們説要幫我們換房間，並且主動幫我們收拾東西！

非常好的一次住宿。管家服務周到，熱情接待。行李幫忙送到房間。看到我們孩子比較多，主動給鋪了榻榻米的地鋪，送來了充足的水，還給孩子贈送了一次烘焙坊體驗。用觀光車帶我們去做核酸檢測。考慮周到。

非常滿意的一次住宿，因為帶了長者和小寶寶，店家還給免費升級了套房，房間乾淨整潔，也很暖和，住在這裏去體驗口紅香水烘焙等都很方便，一大清早吃完飯就可以去體驗了，完美的錯峯出行，等楓葉紅了之後再來
