Friendly and courteous counter staff. Guests were provided fruits and biscuits upon checking in. Beside the hotel there is a 24 hours restaurant. In additin there are food stuff and drinks vending machines available on ground and each floor. Strategically located within distance from tourist attractions. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel when we visit Jiayuguan.

This hotel really made my stay in town. They went above and beyond to help me with directions, help me get some deliveries I needed after I lost my chargers elsewhere, and to make me feel welcome, despite my complete lack of the language. The cleaning staff were some of the friendliest I have encountered, and the fruit they dropped off was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this place - it’s well located around restaurants and parks.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of town with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The bus stops are within walking distance. Bus 10 to the high speed railway station, and 4 and 6 to the fort. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, hot shower and good aircon. Very good for that price.

Safety: The door lock chain of the room is broken, and the window latch is broken (there is a walkway outside the window, and the window cannot be locked, which is very unsafe)
Cleanliness: There were cigarette butts and garbage beside the bed. Even the floor was not cleaned. It is hard to imagine whether the sheets and quilt covers were changed.
