From the high-speed direct, about ten minutes or so, the front desk called in advance to help us reserve a parking space, and the waiter waited at the elevator to send us to the room, the service was very good 👍.
Breakfast is simple, but ask us in advance what we want to eat, and give us what to do, it's quite good.
The room is clean and tidy, and it is a good value for money hotel on the road.

I booked a room for a business trip. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I don't have to worry about eating. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The check-in experience was great, and free drop-off service was provided. Every service staff I encountered was warm and thoughtful, so I would like to give it a thumbs up. The room is very clean, the bathroom is large, and the wet and dry bathrooms are separated. Any problems will be solved immediately. The attitude is very good. I like it. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Jiayuguan.

Although the parking lot is tight, the hotel has a dedicated man to help direct it, and it was parked quickly. Thumbs up.
The first night, I went to a nearby barbecue restaurant to pack some barbecue. The next morning, I asked the lady at the front desk to help me heat it up in the microwave. The service attitude was super good. The next day, I was able to happily show off my barbecue on the highway. Who feels like this? Got it

Although the room is small, it is clean and hygienic. The service staff are very friendly. There is a free pick-up service, fruits every day, and it is easy to get a taxi. There are many restaurants around, but the only thing I have to say is that the room is close to the road and it is very noisy. We are woken up by the noise outside the window before six every morning. When we opened the curtains, we saw these people who didn't know what they were doing making a lot of noise until eight o'clock. I wanted to change rooms, but I also work in the hotel industry and know how difficult it is to work in the service industry, so I endured it. People who sleep lightly should not choose this room type.

The service was very good. I left my ID card at the front desk. I called and they said the robot would bring it up right away. We were about to go upstairs when we found that they had also given the child a toothbrush and slippers. The slippers they brought into the house included not only the ones that came with the hotel but also the ones they had at home. The comfort level was perfect. The front desk was very good. They gave us fruit and yogurt when we entered the door. The child in the shower room closed the door and couldn't open it. The front desk came and solved it in minutes. They also gave us a small gift before we left. Thank you very much.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

The best hotel to stay in during the Great Northwest Loop Tour. A four-star hotel with the best environment, hygiene and service attitude. The three ordinary standard rooms we booked were all upgraded to business standard rooms free of charge. Each room has a balcony and a fruit plate, which is really not too comfortable. Next time I go to Northwest, I will definitely go there again.

GGuest UserThe experience from check-in to check-out was super great! The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great👍... The shampoo, shower and hand soap in the room all smelled very good, and the most favorite thing was that the pillows were so comfortable (I want to know what brand it is)
I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The restaurant was clean and sanitary, and the dishes were rich!
I forgot to take pictures of the guest rooms in a hurry, but I will choose Starway Hotel in the future

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

CChidiaoshijiedejimiThanks to the lady at the front desk for reserving a twin room for me. We have two kids and it's just right for the four of us. There are toothbrushes for children. The kids were anxious to go upstairs for a nap... The lady arranged everything for me. The hotel has its own parking lot, a laundry room on each floor, and a street for late-night snacks a few steps downstairs. The hygiene is up to the standard of a hotel chain. Anyway, I feel that this price is quite worthwhile.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, big and clean, but the price was a bit expensive at 400, making it the most expensive hotel on this trip to the Hexi Corridor. The hotel is in a great location, probably in the city center of Jiayuguan, with a shopping mall next to it. We had dinner at Master Wang's Mutton Soup Restaurant on the recommendation of the front desk lady. The mutton broth and mutton tripe broth were both delicious, especially the stir-fried lamb liver.

GGuest UserThe homestay is located near the entrance of the scenic area, about 10 minutes' walk away, which is very convenient. The design of the B&B is very cozy, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into it. The room is large, clean and tidy, with a simple Chinese style and two large windows. Although it faces the street, the sound insulation is good and it doesn't feel noisy. In the morning, the sunshine from the northwest shines into the room warmly, making people happy. Coupled with the nutritious breakfast carefully prepared by the store, it makes people feel even more warm and happy. The one who greeted us was probably the proprietress, she was all smiles and answered all our questions. We drove here and stayed in many hotels and B&Bs. This B&B is the most comfortable one we have ever stayed in. The room is separated into wet and dry areas, the shower room and toilet are very large, and there is a plastic anti-slip mat on the floor of the shower room. The toiletries are not the cheap disposable ones, and they feel good to use. The small flower slippers are very cute.

It is very close to Fantawild Phase 2. After a day of playing, my baby and I had a good sleep. In addition, it actually includes breakfast, complete with eggs and side dishes, and it tastes good!
Finally, I want to talk about the myna at the door of the inn (it must be myna). He actually understood what we were saying and nodded. He was very spiritual!

Only one comment that we booked non-smoking rooms but the hotel gave us the smoking room so the smell was not so good. Please check customers’s request at the check-in time.

However there were around 10 mid-size blue spots on the white bedsheets that looked very suspicious
The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything the other bedrooms are saying… Or doing…
Additional details that is not that important but the accumulation makes it annoying is that there is no bathroom matte so it’s quite slippery when you leave the shower

The room is air-conditioned and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. The children said the bathroom is like a space capsule, which is very interesting. Breakfast says milk, yogurt, bread, eggs. You can set your own time at the front desk, which ends at 10 o'clock. If you arrive late, there may be no milk and yogurt. Overall it's pretty good.
