Very clean and new hotel! Hotel breakfast was complete with desserts (mini cakes). We would like to complement the hotel staff team especially Mr 李彬杰! He was very attentive and patient to our needs to make our stay a very pleasant, comfortable and a memorable one! 佳！

it is a very nice property with big rooms and the location is also very good , you can easily get groceries and restaurants in walking distance to the hotel like 50-100 metres only

The hotel was clean, warm and it had all the necessities. Breakfast was amazing. And the room was spacious and warm.

房間乾淨整潔，窗外風景優美，一行九人入住四個房間，一個房間遇到一個小狀況，在溝通時遇到年輕的男經理，馬上幫忙解決。第二天早上因為要趕時間，早餐來不及，匆匆忙忙吃了點，餐廳的小王幫忙打包了水果和酸奶，路上帶着吃。感覺酒店的人文關懷做足功課，下次有機會來嘉興還會入住。

1）價格實惠，作為希爾頓系列酒店，五一期間價格也是非常良心
2）地段不錯，到火車站，南湖和烏鎮景區都很方便，就在運河旁邊。旁邊有萬達廣場，買東西吃飯都很方便
3）早餐豐盛，中西式都有，麪和小餛飩都用雞湯，品種多，品質不錯，熱門的東西拿完了很快就會補充，這種服務要給個贊
4）房間很贊，佈局合理，插座口較多，特別方便，窗外風景也不錯，特別是夜景
5） 服務特別棒，會提前電話溝通到達時間，雖然五一房間緊張，到了之後還是馬上安排了入住。辦理入住，退房和行李存放都很快。特別是小李和小王，贊一個。
以後來嘉興還會住這裏

印象最深刻的是，酒店很新，所有設施都很新，特別是床品和毛巾，這個很重要。酒店位置還可以，在運河公園旁，散散步不錯，不過要是去月河，南湖等風景區，要開車過去，三四公里吧。早餐豐富。前台的小李Bingo不錯，響應及時，有需必應。

酒店很不錯，據説是剛開業不到半年。整個酒店的設施，環境絕對ok。之前做過些酒店的客控系統，歡朋在這方面做的蠻好的，在這個價位之上的體驗。訂酒店找前廳部的小李，哈哈，希望生意興隆！
