PPurpleblessThis is a chain hotel. Very good hospitality. We’re too tired to walk to look for lunch, so ordered from ******* then the hotel help to liaise with the restaurant to send the food to hotel in bowls and plates instead of delivery packaging. In the end we have our lunch at hotel dining area in a comfy way.
There’s laundry room for washing and drying.
Welcome drink is provided. Beside the hotel there’re few Osmanthus trees, smell so sweet.
Cons side is although the hotel is nonsmoking hotel but people still smoke at the lobby, inside the lifts and even aisle to hotel rooms, which is very bad.
Our room is closed to lift hence all the time smell cigarette smokes, even with air purifier in the room also unable to remove the cigarette smoke smell. In the end we changed new room, with lesser cigarette smoke smell. Besides that, the toilet & shower room shared one glass door. If someone use the toilet (closed the toilet with glass door), the shower room will be in the opened concept, no door to close

Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, including the Chinese restaurant, the organic cafe, and the breakfast spread. The ingredients were fresh, which gave us peace of mind.
Service: The service truly stood out – it was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with staff always going the extra mile. A special mention to the cleaning staff: one housekeeper proactively offered me sanitary pads and brown sugar when she noticed I wasn't feeling well. Another time, during breakfast, the staff kindly helped me carry food to my table while I was holding my child.
Family-Friendly Amenities: There's an indoor Montessori kids' club, which, while not huge, is a nice option. Right across from the hotel is an organic farm; it's perfect for a leisurely walk if the weather permits and has a lovely French chateau ambiance.
Photography: We used the 'Qidu Travel Photography' service. They were very efficient and even gifted us three complimentary photos. We were extremely pleased with the results!

GGuest UserA very good homestay. After booking, they took the initiative to add WeChat and sent the location and detailed walking route. The courtyard is very beautifully decorated, the room is clean, disposable bath towels and towels are prepared, and the mineral water is also Wahaha😄. The clerk is enthusiastic and prepared wine and snacks. Seeing my two children, they gave me more snacks. It is very close to the entrance of Xitang Ancient Town. Just cross the road. Everything is good! I arrived late this time and didn’t have time to make tea around the stove. I will definitely do it next time!

MMeiziZoeI visited Xitang for the second time. The only difference was that I brought Coke and milk candy with me this time! The hotel is pet-friendly. Except for the restaurant, the dogs' activities are almost unrestricted. The staff is also very friendly to the dogs. The courtyard room I stayed in comes with a small courtyard, which is very suitable for families with dogs. It is also very photogenic~
The hotel is close to the main gate in Xitang Ancient Town. It is designed in the form of courtyards. The rooms are relatively quiet and not as noisy as the riverside homestays. There are parking lots at the entrance and underground of the hotel, and there is enough space.
The room is very neat and tidy. Compared with the two homestays I stayed in before, Guangnian is cleaner and more standardized and orderly.
The dry and wet separation bathroom design is well received. It perfectly avoids the problem of people and dogs going in and out. It is also very convenient for the dog to go back to the room to wipe his feet.
The only drawback is that the countertop is narrow and there is no place to put things. But we don't have much luggage, so this little thing can be ignored!

MMr xiaomuI chose to come to Xitang for New Year's Day. I spent the Spring Festival in Xitang ten years ago. After several comparisons, I chose this hotel to stay in.
The hotel staff provided good service. They would contact and push the parking address in advance, and wait for the arrival time to be confirmed. They would greet and lead the way after driving to the hotel on the same day.
The hotel is located in the scenic area of Xitang Ancient Town, not far from the core area. You can go back to the hotel to rest when you are tired. The decoration style of the room is also very consistent with the temperament of the ancient town. I specially booked a room with a balcony and got up early in the morning to welcome the first ray of dawn in 25 years!

WWozaimaluduimianWe were very happy with the room; it was spacious, and the front desk upgraded us from another hotel. The room even had a hot spring bath, and the bed was huge. The only downside was that the TV didn't work – no signal, and cable TV wasn't working either. We called for a repair, but they couldn't fix it on the spot and said they'd need to escalate it to engineering. Since it was already very late, we just told them to forget about it. It makes you wonder why the TVs aren't checked regularly. How could it not work? My kids couldn't even watch TV, so they ended up watching their iPads.
Dining at the hotel's Rumengyuan restaurant was also a frustrating experience. One of the female servers had a bad attitude. We ordered an extra dish, but by the time we finished all our other food, it still hadn't arrived. We reminded her two or three times, and she kept saying it was a slow dish and would take time. We couldn't cancel it because she claimed it was already cooking and would be ready in five minutes. I timed her, and after five minutes, it still wasn't ready. In the end, we just paid and left without the dish.

GGuest UserHighly recommended. The price is affordable. The room facilities are good and hygienic. There is also a small courtyard. It is fresh and comfortable. It is also close to the ancient town. It is less than 100 meters walk. It is really a good place to stay in a quiet place. I will stay for a few more days next time. It is worth mentioning that the proprietress helped me buy discounted tickets that can be used for several days in a row. I no longer have to worry about getting in and out of the ancient town at a certain time. I can wander around at any time, which is really nice.
