酒店入住前工作人員提前聯繫，並提前在停車場等候，代訂了景區優惠門票。酒店最大的亮點是臨河大陽台，在陽台上賞景、喝茶很舒服。

風景挺好的，二樓臨河風景也不錯👍和家人朋友一起出來玩兒，到了西塘，店家小姐姐還出去幫忙取行李，離二號停車場很近～

和小孩子一起出行，房間空調很給力✌️，風景超級好，雖然是冬天，但沒有想像中那麼冷，老闆娘來接我們，還代買了票，給了優惠，感謝喔

位置便利，主街就在附近，往後走到景區外也快捷。管家友善主動幫忙及提供意見，還到景區外帶路去客棧。院內有特色，房間很大複式設計，裝飾古色古香，雖然有點舊不過還可以接受。可是衞生需要改善，浴室留下了上一位住客用剩的洗面奶包及肥皂，茶几上留有牙簽，打掃應多注意。其他還不錯的。

如果説看河的話，這個民宿絕對的排第一，位置太好了，對面就是送子來鳳橋和遊船處。但是畢竟價格不便宜，反正設施硬件就一般了，沐浴露沒有了也沒有換，洗澡發現的。老闆態度還是很好的。

最大優點是位置很好。在西街鈕釦博物館旁邊。有露台正對遊船轉角，風景不錯。設施一般。裝修風格偏家庭。衞生間地面比較濕滑。
