以下均是本人居住真實感受，不夾雜任何個人感情，完全是大眾消費者真實體驗 望店家接受並加以改進 生意興榮 蒸蒸日上！！！
設施：該有的都有，很齊全，但我住的房間的床墊有點不舒服，凹凸不平，但總體還是挺好的
衞生：不知道為啥，住了好幾天有些角落和邊邊角角還是不乾淨，而且有一次中午回來，房間地上特別濕，一層水在上面，但其他方面都還不錯，每天都會打掃，會更換一次性用品
環境：環境是重點，房間隔音特別差，不單單是隔壁KTV的原因，最重要的還是酒店自身，本人住的房間牆壁敲起來有點空心的感覺 在晚上的時候可以聽到KTV在唱什麼歌一直持續到凌晨1點 而且有時候KTV沒聲音 仔細聽可以聽到隔壁房間的説話聲，我在住的時候在晚上還聽到了隔壁不可描述的聲音 真的是讓人體驗感下降很多
服務：服務都挺好的 房間出現問題的時候主動跟我説退房 讓我去別的酒店住
總結下來可以提升的空間挺多的，但總體來説房間還是很不錯的

我從17年開始出差最難忘的一次住宿，全國各地基本都去過，這次差點沒能氣死我。事情是這樣的：
我在攜程訂的閃住房（退房自動收費，免按金），我到前台以後非讓我交按金，不交按金押身份證，當時身份證在她手裡，我聽了非常不舒服，我進了賓館難道不出門嗎？現在出門就要帶身份證，我就耐心的解釋，我是攜程鉑金卡會員，閃住，不需要按金的，前台説：網上是網上，我們是我們，一個訂單兩種服務，我真的服了，後來我有説我押1000行了吧，前台也沒拒絕，我就交了1000按金，後來攜程客服介入，前台打電話給我説是讓我下去退按金，不需要這麼多，我都睡了讓我下去退按金，我真的服了，還説不需要這麼多，不需要這麼多還是要交按金的啊！我真的不知道攜程是如何管理下面的酒店的，後來攜程客服小哥給我打電話，態度很好，客服態度再好，下面協議酒店管理不到位也是自己的客人很難受的，不説了……
